Incarcerated UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema and his co-accused will remain in police custody until Wednesday, April 26th 2017.
This was after Lusaka Magistrate Greenwell Mulumani adjourned the matter.
Magistrate Mulumani said he needed more time to study the matter as it was a complex one.
Mr Hichilema has been in police custody since April 11th when he was arrested and charged with treason and three other charges.
His case which has attracted huge international interest has been widely condemned.
