Zambia’s June FIFA match date window just got busier for the first time under Wedson Nyirenda’s reign with a date against South Africa confirmed for next week.
Zambia will travel to South Africa after Saturday’s 2019 AFCON Group K qualifier to play a friendly against Bafana Bafana.
The friendly will be played on June 13 in Moruleng Stadium in the North Western Province of South Africa in a 19h00 kickoff.
Moruleng will be one of the host venues for 2017 COSAFA Castle Cup that will be held in that region from June 25 to July 9 with 6 group stage matches and both semifinals played at the same venue.
The friendly will be Zambia’s third game in ten days after drawing 0-0 away to Gabon on June 4 in Libreville.
Nyirenda is expected to field a mix of his 2018 CHAN qualifiers team and 2017 COSAFA Cup players, whom he featured against Gabon, plus some foreign-based players.
But why are you giving us the same lame story two times???
Because Mushota is the editor.
