I have friends in the secret service who have analyzed the footage closely. The question each of them ask without fail is, “who is responsible for the safety and security of the presidency?” Interestingly, they don’t say the President, but the PRESIDENCY. Invariably they say, there must be no comparison because the President of the POTUS (President of the United States) does not control the Secret Service. “Under no circumstance would the USSS put the Presidency in such a situation.” They would then say there would be no one on the road; they would sweep the road ahead of time.
In Tayali’s case the IG stated that HH was permitted to be on that road because the president was going to fly. How was it that all of a sudden the Presidential motorcade was on the same…
@Pimbilimano, what is the most sensible thing to do when you are on the same route with the Presidential motorcade or an emergency vehicle like ambulance or fire tender?

Apparently the world has not moved on in the last US Presidential elections. The free and independent institutions of government are still looking into the possibility that Russia influenced the presidential election. Please note, it is not Mrs Clinton pushing the matter but the government institutions.
