“Kitwe Mayor, Christopher Kang’ombe and District Commissioner, Binwell Mpundu leaving Black Mountain after an on the site check”.Honestly how do you visit such risk areas without minimum Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses and safety boots? And how do you expect the authorities to be proactive when they don’t know the basic safety aspect involved in these mines?

You are the people who are suppose to be promoting Safety and yet you visited the site with no PPE(s).
Occupation Health and Safety Hygiene must be promoted in our country and this journey begins with you our leaders.
This is not a mine site naemwe. This is just thieves & sangwapoz that saw an opportunity to loot these dumps. So, typical zambian way, everyone come here to load & go. That’s the attitude here. So personally am suprised that people are shocked with the disorganization here. What is organized in zambia? Fyonse nichipante pante. From government, opposition, work places to the masses.

Dont expose your ignorance,do you know that the definition of mine in the Mines and Minerals Act is wider than the holes you are used to.
