Copperbelt police commissioner Charity Katanga has confirmed.
She stated that elder Kalombo 44, is also an operator at Sasol Nitrol Zambia Limited.
“Report regarding making and circulating obscene material occured beteeen September 18 and 3rd October 2018 at unknown time and place. In which Charles Kalombo aged 44 years of house number 54 A, chingola an operator at Sasol Nitrol (Z)Limited,” Katanga stated.
“Also an elder at Bread of Life Church.The same has been picked in connection to the allegation. A warn and caution statement recorded and detained on 5th October 2018 at Central Police to help with investigation.”

DIRTY CHARLES said that it was not intentional to send obscene videos to the woman and it was the work of the devil that made him to do that. He said that they went to her by mistake. He also asked the husband of the lady to forgive his wife and not to divorce her.
“She doesn’t know anything and it was not her fault but my mistake as I wanted to send them to my wife but mistakenly went to your wife”, he apologised.
Meanwhile, it has been claimed that the police has arrested the pastor over the viral videos. According to reports, Police Chief Charity Katanga said she will not tolerate nudity and nonsense in her province.

This news item is NOT about obscene material, but a crusade against Bread of Life Church, and therefore against the Church.
There is no relationship to the Church in what transpired here. Otherwise, the author or source of information might as well mentioned the school where the culprit went, his family and who his best friends are and or the football team he supports.

The most interesting thing is that the same church failed to forgive their congregant who is alleged to have stolen offering and was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment. How is this elder now asking for forgiveness from the unforgiving church? His explanation that the photos were meant for the wife is a lie.My question is are they on separation with her and may be he wanted to show her what she was missing? What about the comments accompanying the same video,were they meant for the wife?
