31. This behaviour from our respected traditional rulers is becoming pandemic. The other day Chief Chitimukulu was displaying behaviour of a PF cadre glorifying falsehood that UNPD would dethrone him if they came in power. Chief Chitimukulu memory is so short that he was confined to a hut(house arrest) for months under threats to be dethroned by PF government under late president Michael Chilufya Sata. It took UPND president Hakainde Hichilema to make it clear that once in power would restore Mwine Lubemba to his respected seat as paramount Chitimukulu. All this is forgotten by the chief and informed PF president Lungu during his visit to his palace that he declined to meet UPND president HH when he came to Northern province. Zambians would ask, does chief Chitimukulu have Indunas to advise…
