President Hakainde Hichilema is tomorrow March 17,2023, expected in Mbala District of Northern Province to grace the induction parade of the Zambia Army Special Forces.
Provincial Minister, Leonard Mbao says President Hichilema is expected to arrive in Mbala around 08:30hrs and will immediately proceed to officiate at the event.
“I wish to confirm the coming of President Hakainde Hichilema to Northern Province to grace the Induction Parade of the Zambia Army Special Forces in Mbala.” Mr Mbao said.
Mr. Mbao added that the Head of State, who is also Commander in chief of the Defence forces, will also witness some demonstrations by the Special Forces operators.
He said President Hichilema is scheduled to fly back to Lusaka immediately after the military event.
