Zambian Appointed as a Vice President to a Portfolio at the World Bank

In a major development, the World Bank has appointed a Zambian National, Dr. Samuel Munzele Maimbo, as its Vice President for Budget, Performance Review and Strategic Planning. Dr. Maimbo has a Ph.D. in Public Administration (Banking) from the University of Manchester, an MBA in Finance from the University of Nottingham, and a BSc. in Accounting from Copperbelt University, Zambia. He is also a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA, UK).

  2. Only f00Is think being appointed by imperialist organisations is such a huge achievement. Had he been appointed at african union or comesa it wouldn’t have made the news
