Petitioning Elections is a waste of time, PF Official

Share

A Patriotic Front (PF) official in Kafue district has charged that it will be a share waste of time and resources to drag the MMD to court over the election results because the ruling party will still find ways of manipulating the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) in their favour.

Kafue District Patriotic Front Information and Publicity Secretary Anthony Kasuba said that his party on several occasions had lodged complaints to the ECZ over the misconduct by the ruling party in Chipata and the commission did nothing to re address the situation.

Mr. Kasuba said the PF will not embrace the message of reconciliation from Mr. Rupiah Banda because MMD is corrupt and believes in malpractices. He said that it was shocking to hear that Mr. Banda won the elections when in 108 constituencies the PF leader Mr. Michael Sata was leading and Haikainde also led in 17 Constituencies in Southern Province.

Mr. Kasuba however, charged that Mr. Sata would still win the 2011 general elections because the PF will come up with a strategy in rural areas to ensure that the election results are not tempered with. He added that there is no way the MMD could win elections in rural areas where people have no food to eat, roads are bad, there are no proper medical facilities and most of the youths are unemployed.

Mr. Kasuba also advised the newly elected President Mr. Rupiah Bwezani Banda not to include FDD President Edith Nawakwi, ULP President Sakwiba Sikota and UNIP President Tireyenji Kaunda in his new cabinet because they are a let down to the young democracy of the nation and are job seekers whom Zambians cannot entrust with leadership anymore.

He said in 2011 these leaders will be a laughingstock to Zambians if they stand on political platforms to speak against the ruling party. He said this is the end of Nawakwi, Sakwiba and Kaunda because they have no principles.

Mr. Kasuba further refuted that the Patriotic Front does not exist in rural areas, because this time the party had reached some far remote areas where the MMD does not exist and people there were saying they would vote for Magande.

But FDD Provincial Publicity Secretary James Musemuna said that the Patriotic Front will never govern this country because it believes in politics of character assassination. He said the FDD top leadership resolved to support Mr. Rupiah Banda for the sake of peace and continuity.

Mr. Musemuna charged that this is the end of the Patriotic Front because the party depends on one man Mr. Michael Sata. He added that the FDD is a democratic party and will very soon go for a convention to choose new leaders.

Mr. Musemuna appealed to Mr. Michael Sata to accept the results since the presidential by-election period is now over and it is time to fulfill the promises which were made during the elections.

  2. I thought so, given the judicial systems of Zambia…I have not even heard what came out of the 2006 and 2001 partition… Pabwatoo For life…

  3. All those who are in the habit of stealing votes they will face the wrath of God, lets wait and see. God will punish them one by one

  4. Guys dont just say PF, PF, PF when you dont contribute anything to the party. The owners of that helicopter are asking for a million dollar when they know we havent won the election and our leader has no buisnesses at the moment since they all collapsed during levy’s time.lets contribute to the secretariate gentlemen before we even waste more money in the courts.

  5. It time for us in PF to start planning strategically who is going to take us in 2011 and do our homework properly, strengthening of our Districts offices in ever province of Zambia and make sure that our policies and manifesto is well sold out to the villagers…

    Pa Bwatooooooooo for life….

  6. 1-5 you guys are comical! Back to the issue, well good luck those petitioning. Remember, RB is in office for a very short time and I can assure you that with the backlog of cases in the Supreme Court, this matter will not be concluded earlier than 2010/11. Good luck, instead of re organising for 2011, you will be in Court every single day then come 2011, you will be beaten pants down again. Sad state of affairs this.

  7. TALULI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TETI UBWATO BUBUNDE IT WILL BE OVER MY DEAD BODY.wE HAVE ALOT OF ENERGTIC MEN AND WOMEN IN THE PARTY.WE WILL SURELY WIN OLO CHI BWATO MUSEKA CHIKA METEKA BANE.PA BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FOR LIFE BANE.VOTE PA CHIBWATO 2011 WE ARE MU STATE HOUSE.

  8. If you people have observed, in PF every time is a time of campaign we do not stop through…whoever said we are violent is so lost, look at how we have conducted ourselves through this period of lose…we are indeed a force to reckon with….

  9. as for FDD you are no longer a factor to the Zambian Democracy and development…you sold your Royal oaths to the enemy…Forget 2011 and the people’s trust….

    Pabwaaaaaatoooo for life….

  10. it is true the consequence are far reaching than dignity. so Mr Sata save a bit of your money and let this one slide. you put up a good fight, to me you are my hero.only time will tell. once again thanx for bringing real democracy to my beloved country

  11. Well come to the club, teze bantu is a club for pipo like you and me. we were there but came down crushing. Big Sata just accept dont be in denial. that way you prolong your pain.

  12. pumpy i think go and ask him dont just sit and waste your time asking us no one will answer.ask RB or that young gran daugter of his!!!!!!!

  13. # 22 no one cares any more. it was all a fraudulent election. Even RB himself did not expect to win so he did not think about it.

  14. # 24 is your name cunty or what? clarify # 24 only the devil knows. this only shows you that RB is not in control he is waiting for the playas

  15. The elections were free and fair. PF lost in rural areas because it has no agricultural policy. The titanic never finished its voyage in history so dont expect to reach your destination. PF will always remain a party for PFs( Poor Finishers). You can cry all you want but truth is You will NEVER EVER Rule. Atleast not from state house. You are doing good as an apposition. You are not suited to be the ruling Party. As for me, i will look forward to 2011 to cast my vote for HH. I guess a couple of PF supporters need the HAND(PAKWANJA) to pull them out of the sea before they drown. You should have listened to our advise and voted on the hand.

  16. the whole Zambian judicial system, the ECZ and MMD are just as corrupt as each other. PF has no chance in winning this case, it is true they need to start thinking strategically and campaigning at the grassroots and rural level for 2011! PF needs to attract younger and active politicians with a tur Zambian intrests at heart. In the meantime we can sit and watch MMD implode with it’s greedy economic policies!

  17. PF president Michael Sata has not been seen in public nor has he made any public statement since Saturday evening. He was due for his medical review in South Africa on the day of voting.

    [The Watchdog]

  18. PF go for a convention this time please and choose a new leader who is strong, honest and a person that believes in democracy.

  19. HH for 2011.
    Viva young blood.

Let all the main parties field young, knowlwdgeable men.women – that will be a real contest. If things stand as they do today, HH will go through.

Before you conclude in typical Zambian fashion, I am not Tonga and recently voted MMD because PF was not doing it for me. My opinion.

  20. Jusst wondering what ULP, FDD, APC and other opposition parties that opted to support MMD will tell the pipo come 2011. It is not that far, just around the corner. In my opinion, they are better off de regstering thier parties and rejoining MMD, to save their faces.
PF, well done; HH well done. Thieves will always be thieves; but the Lord will redeem us one day from these thugs of votes; taking advantage of the rural, illiterates; kacibe ifyo fine, we will see you…

  21. a dark cloud has decended over Kabwe town.
    1. mulungushi textiles – closed
    2. kifco – almost closing
    3. kabwe mine – no licence for 3yrs now
    4. zambia railways – under performing
only sata gave us hope now its all over till jesus comes becoz we know what to expect from the mmd

  22. NO 30 YOU ARE FAKE WHAT POLICY ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ON AGRIC WHEN PEOPLE ARE STARVING ALL THE TIME. WE ARE ALWAYS BUYING FARMING IN PUTS FOR OUR RURLA FOLKS AND FOR OURSELVES. THE PROBLEM OF YOU ZAMBIANS YOU THINK FARMING IS SYNONYMOUS TO FERTILIZER AND MAIZE SEED! YOU NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT IRRIGATION SCHEMES AND CASH CROPS RIGHT NOW YOU DONT EVEN HAVE EXTENTION WORKERS IN FARMING BLOCK. I KNOW WHAT IAM TALKING ABOUT BEACAUSE IAM A SMALL SCALE FARMER UP IN TE COPPERBELT! THAT IS WHAY WE VOTED FOR PF PABWATOOOOO. WE ARE INSPIRED BY SATA AND GOD BLESS HIMM AND LONG LIFEEEEEEEEEEE

  23. What ‘pabwato’? you comedians….continue entertaining the masses as jokers. Who tells you Sata will ever rule in Zed? Didn’t we tell you b4 the elections? Abash Sata and all his blind followers!!!

  24. 44- it is not about Sata, its about advocating real change in Zambia, such as in 1991! MMD have been in power long enough and there has been no improvement for the average Zed!

  25. The bwatoo has already been turned away from Zambia and Mozambique. The Bemba vessel was said to be bound for Angola but the US is reported to be pressuring port authorities there and in Namibia not to allow them to dock. The bwato, which had been anchored off the port of Durban for four days, was forced to move on Friday after a South African court refused. Despite reports the bwato was heading for Angola, but Angolan Ports Filomeno Mendonca said the bemba vessel had not asked for permission to dock in Angola. This ship has not sought request to enter Angolan territorial waters and it’s not authorised to enter Angolan ports,” he told local radio. A South African military spokesman has said

  26. FDD man you are dead mistaken, PF about the people of Zambia needing change and can therefore never die until its mission is fulfilled. It may not be Sata but PF has to get power through the electoral process one day and not beyond 2011. Given Lubinda is a potential replacement of Sata. Support for PF is therefore guaranteed now and in the future.

  27. Lookig for excuses is one sure sign of people who lack strategy. PF simply lost the elections. They did not go to every rural area. Why is it that PF won some regions of rural area and not others. Malole, PF had over 14,000 votes which may have been the largest figure in typical rural setting, many kilometers off Kasama. They won villages in Northern and Luapula but recoded simple 100s in village constituencies of other provinces and you still blame ECZ for that? SATA spent 2 weeks in 2 provinces, Northern and Luapula, and the remaining 2 weeks in the other 7 provinces. He loses in these provinces apart from Lusaka and CB where he is know but still blames ECZ.

  28. 52- let me ask you this question and answer honestly? when the rulling party uses tax payers money to fund the election and bribe cheifs to tell their villagers to vote for them, is that free and fair?

  29. furthermore: when you use bribes of fertiliser and mealie meal to perusade starving villagers to vote for you, is that free and fair?

  30. 52: one could also argue that blindly accepting what is fed to you by the powers that be (i.e state owned media),is a sure sign of being guilbe and a victim of propaganda!

  31. You acn only Petition the Election if you have a strong base. e.g. Sata stands high chances of succeeding if only he goes ahead with the so call petitioning, unlike HH. Where will he start from?

Tha chap doesn’t have a base for petioning the elections. He is a Sentimental none achiever

  32. Poor Finishers were are u at?Why are u so quiet? There is despair in the PF.u cant miss it;smells like a fart in a car!C’mon guys not all is lost.u are welcome at the MMD.!

  33. MMD is a party of career politicians and greedy opportunists! only a quarter of MMD have been die hard members since the end of one party rule, the rest quit, join again, get bribed, join again! and those my friends are our “loyal” leaders! ba kachepa!

  34. its funny how when asked a direct questions all you MMD minions can not actually engage in an effective intellectual debate on the issues at hand! interesting….

  35. In nearly 8 percent of those complaints, callers said they had not received their voter registration cards, and about 15 percent said they had yet to receive the absentee ballots they requested.

Similar patterns were seen among callers nationwide.

Paul Gronke, a political scientist at Oregon’s Reed College, said Florida, Ohio and New Mexico — which also had a long count in 2004 — are likely to be “trouble spots” again.

Colorado and New Jersey, which Gronke said loosened early voting rules this year, could see more problems this year.

This the PF goig to say that bush is rigging the election in favour of this party!!!!

  36. Is Pf a party poor finnishers ah ah lets put real people in power not a president with a cigar how can he be a row model to young people lets us be real am not tonga but HH CAN DO

  37. Considering HH got signficantly less votes than Sata and MP, should you really be making fun of the main opposition! thats just silly and short sighted! think about it as if we want change we need to be thinking strategically and long term! united we stand, divided we fail!

  38. I just ont understand the mentality of HH supporters? Jefcool explain to me how you think HH can win if there is no viable and united opposition? the only winner is the courrupt MMD!

  39. Listen to me you Miss President. Indeed we want change but do we have options really right now?? Sata is certainly not the option. You know the reasons: dictatorial tendencies,i.e 3rd term, 26 MPs, no election in party, lack of civility and education.
Unfortunately, HH who is a great guy is surrounded by Tonga tribalists. So until we get a good alternative (strong team) like we had in 1991 we’ll have no revolution and we are stuck with MMD. The best that should happen is for the opposition to team up and have strong leadership not barbarians…

  40. 53. Miss President,
What you have said is unconfirmed act. if such act was proven to have taken place the election would not be free and fair. On the other hand we have PF threatening the electorate that if they lose there will be violence. They also discouraged the electorate from voting by saying the elections were going to be rigged. they impounded vehicles even those for ECZ and ZANIS on allegations of carrying ballot papers all of which were false but caused panic and loss of trust on the electorate. This cause the elctions not to be free and fair.

  41. MMD brought growth in the economy but unfortunately this did not translate into development, thus did not whittle down to the ordinary man ie the bottom 2 to 3 million of the population. This however does not justify putting into power a man who will take Zambia 30 years back. What we need now is to move on and engage our government to be more appreciative of our needs through civic participation and questioning them hence making them accountable.

  42. 67 and 55: ofcourse it is unconfirmed because MMD will not confess to it, that would be admitting that the rigged the election ( which they did!). answer me this- do you think it is fair for MMD to use tax payers money to bank roll their relection campaign?

  43. 67 & 55: what you call allegations, i and a large proportion of honest Zambians belive to be the truth. The ECZ and the judicial system in Zambia have been comprimised! as exemplified by the fact that law suits by the oppositions take years to be tried, whereas in the case of RB sueing the Post and other such examples are rushed through, why is that do you think?

  44. NO.1 ati u are preparing given lubinda for 2011 ? i would like to ask where his father or mother is from this is zambia not the Obama crazed US.

  45. The best way forward is just to accept the results and start thinking of development in Zambia. Am PF for LIFE and I love Zambia a lot. I would like to Mr Banda together with Mr. Sata join forces work together and see that we have low TAX and JOB. I know that both Mr Banda and Mr Sata have a heart for Zambia. Mr Sata sir Am sure the are better this for you to do than to go to court. Just join Mr Banda so that you work together for Zambia. I LOVE YOU ZAMBIA!!

  46. Mulongoti is UTH. How is doing? Is he among the ring of elections riggers? HH will be is presidentail material in 2011 but PF need Lubinda as to run in 2011.

  47. Its up to you..NeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeW YorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrK!

hey guyz r u nig*z reading the post? i cant open mine who got a password> Pass it around, pliz. no phony!

  48. Awe kwena chaabipa PF cadres and Sata. Let us see whether Mr Kasuba will convince the whole PF not to petition the just ended Presidential elections.

  49. God Bless Barrack Obama. God bless America. Vote for Change.

  51. God Bless Barrack Obama. God bless America. Vote for Change.
God damn the electoral commission of Zambia, God damn VJ!

  52. PF must go to the convention and elect an energetic, unifying, inspiration, educated and rational leader. This was the last show of Sata .From now on PF under Sata will suffer painful crises one after another.Divisions, infightings, witch hunting and worse off delusions.Reformists will emerge while cadres like Chapi,Nakawala,Nsanda, and such will be pulling the party in the grave. There will be no peace in PF henceforth.Debtors are also knocking hard on the door they want their money back.Litigations yali mbwembwembwembwe! No supporter want to be a turned into a money shredder.Reform with new leadership or sink for ever.

  53. iwe 73 ukamba vi chani ndimwe tu ma ileagals twa pa uk the next election will b fair ninshi cha fa chi vj & pliz leave our obama out of this junk.

  54. Over 20 Million people have already voted in the USA elections. That’s what I call democracy where peple are not apathetic, because they know their rights and they want change. Zambians, if only we change our attitude towards election voting and other issues, we shall change that country. I know that the reason is that our leaders do not deliver, and they will be clocking 20 years come 2011, NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING!!! They are to blame. Viva PF!!!!

  55. # 83 your flag Anonymous,

Do ration analysis.Atleast this time don’t be dull.of the 350 Million plus Americans how many vote?Give me statistical data as variables i want do a regression analysis here.I have been here in the US for over elections atleast and keenly learning their system,American are very apathetic to elections.

  56. both of you are right and wrong. people across the globe are encouraged to vote if they feel their voices will be heard. Just like in Zambia votes get rigged in America. case study Al Gore 2000,
John Kerry 2004. What drives good voter turn out is the believe that therz a reason to believe that fundamentals will change. just has the election of 1991 was in Zambia.

  59. #88 Why do you feel the need to insult BA my foot guess u saying that coz u know i have no way of finding out.Did i heat a raw nerve ba BA by the way i don’t understand bemba.Just so that you know i am young in Harvard law & i didn’t start in unza.

  60. Hopeless bloggers. whats the point of talking to kaponyas. dont you get it. your boat sank. so deal with it. your president is a kaponya who smokes dhaka, everytime he opens that mouth he messes his chances. and please who even suggested Given Lubinda as next pres. Hes about as obnoxiuos as his boss. please.no logical thinking. just emotional outbursts. when the pf was leading none of them shouted rigging. but as soon as they saw the tables turn, then all hell breaks lose. please we can see through you rogues. you would have taken this country back 30 years in 3. even mugabe would like like the pope. there is a god!

  61. I am sorry for PF’s loss, but many people had foreseen this situation and had insisted many times for unity with another party. The current situation in which PF has found itself is the fruit of the failure to listen to the people. By teh same token, come 2011, if PF and UPND won’t seek unity, you can be sure that they will condemn themselves to continue as opposition parties. It’s high time PF and UPND came to their senses and united for the benefit of Mother Zambia!

  62. No 1! If there will be no cooperation with another party, come 2011 Titanic will sink again!!! As people say: Together we stand, apart we fall! This is exactly what we have been witnessing. If Sata and HH were sensible enough to unite, for sure they would have carried the day. May be they are very happy remaining in the oppposition bloc. Probably they are afraid of leading our beloved country. There is development in unity. If these two gentlemen continue in this way, I am afraid MMD will lead our country for many years to come, God for bid!!!

  63. There is no Judicial system in Zambia…hegemony rules and unfortunately these power hungry MMD vultures will not stop at anything to be at the top. Wonder why we bother voting!!!

  64. YES KAFUE. I THINK I CONQUER WITH YOU. LETS JUST START USING SUCH FUNDS ON PREPARING FOR 2011. BUT, AS USUAL SATA AND PF MUST GET BACK TO THE POEPLE OF ZAMBIA TO THANK THEM FOR THE FAVOUR THEY ACCORD PF IN ALL PREVIOUS ELECTIONS. WE MUST MAP OUT AN EFFECTIVE CAMPAIGN STRATEGY WHICH START FROM RURAL AREAS. TOWN BOYS AND GIRLS ARE IN THE KNOW AS TO WHO IS THE MAIN CULPRIT FOR POVERTY IN ZAMBIA. SO, LETS ROLL THE BOAT AGAIN. THANKS TO ALL ZAMBIANS FOR EXPRESSING YOUR EVERLASTING SUPPORT FOR THE RIGHT CAUSE. ON THE ARK, KAOFELA.

  65. IMWE! The best man won! you all have to accept, no amount of your silly little outbursts will change the FACT that Rupiah Banda is OUR PRESIDENT! ahem….. condolences to the POOR FINISHERS……(next time…in the next life).you can try all your luck in 2011, you only wasting your breath! MMD FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!
P.S, please tell Micheal Sata to get some dental treatment………………

  66. 90. negro please u aint in harvard law the late Dr. Mwanawasa gave a keynote speech their last year how come there was no mention or photo of u with him and the Dean Miss Kagan, the photos are there on the Post website and there was no mention of a zambian student in Harvard Law. I on the other hand have worked for finance bank and i’m with credit suisse (shareholders in finance bank) in london on attachment with the treasury on a six month tenure and then i go back to Finance bank so try again u wanker coz i come hard.

  67. By the way, 90 wembushi, u made an error again in ur spelling its no ‘heat a raw nerve’ its ‘hit a raw nerve’ u are just the same as ur uncle Cobra, probably even as ugly as him.

  68. # 88 en’ # 90, no need for such nonsensical arguements. dnt use this blog for personal attacks, lets talk issues. LETS LEARN TO DISAGREE IN A MATURE MANNER. you both claim to be educated, but this is not reflecting what u both claim to be. we can do better than that.
    ONE ZAMBIA, ONE NATION.

  69. What happened to the PF cadres who where shouting HH 2011. Why have you changed your mind.

You are just as sinister as your party leader. You cannot keep your word.

  71. going tp court is a waste of time.wanna see a new generation of pipo standing for preisidency, hey the women whats happeing, maybe a woman can perform who knows

  72. Yaba, now we cant even go to the courts. Why is it that poor people’s cases are heard quickly, judgment passed and a heavy penalty slaped on them while for rich people, their cases drag for years until they die of natural causes so that the cases get closed. by the way the post website seems to be closed. Mulongoti at work. Only a small pink girl is showing and then mozambique. Imwe where are we going with FOB?

  73. # 81 PRAGMATIST, You are right, PF needs a convention and a new leader but i can assure you that as long as sata is alive, he will be a presidential candidate for 2011, 2016, 2031, 2036 and 2041. The man is shamelessly power hungry.

  74. Pa bwatoooooooooo for life Ba Sata thanx for bringing real democracy to this beloved country. God bless you. l’m sure Zambian’s will miss you.

  75. Pictures of Michael Sata crying to the EU – bwana muzungus – in Post today is really a sad state of affairs. This negro (like the old days) has run to his colonial masters for sympathy – absolutely pathetic..does hes really think the care about him? They are probably the ones that have moved the Kwacha from K4,700 to K3,600 in 2 days. They were scared of his presidency. Its game over old man! Give in to Given NOW!!!!!!!

  76. PF will be back in 2011; Stonger than ever before. But we need a change of guard within the party leadership. We need someone younger and more articulate.

    Pabwato always!!

  77. OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA=HH HH HH HH HH HH HH HH HH HH HH HH HH HH HH
PABWATO GET OVER IT & ACCEPT DEFEAT

  78. Dear PF,
PF you have proved that your manifesto is what Zambia needs for now. Your views and intentions is what the real worker needs. The workers have clearly endorsed Sata for plot ONE.

The poll results speak for themselves. MMD bought the ususpecting Easterners and other rural places with lower fertiliser prices. Mr Sata, you are strong enough, you will surely get to lead Zambia. We the workers feel you.

What is Kwacha appreciation if it does not translate to lower mealie meal price?

  79. Only if my bus fare is lowered will I believe the economy has picked-up! On the international market the price of crude oil is now lower than it was before the sudden increases, but our fuel prices are still the highest in Africa!

Mr Sata I miss your pragmatism, but I’m patient till Zambia gives you a try. You shall surpass their perfomance by far! Let us continue what we’ve started. This time intensify with educating the East and South who caused our trailing with around 34 000 votes that they deserve far better than just artificially lower fertiliser prices. MMD has too many mistakes with Rupah in front of them, and we shall highlight all of them for the people to judge.

  80. We shall also prevail on the ECZ to recompile the voters register then encourage every registered voter specially our strongholds to cast their vote at 2011 show down.

We shall go beyond 34 000 by far. There are more voters in our strongholds than the rest put together, if only they cast their vote.

Come 2011 it’s PF, ni PABWATOOOOOO!

  81. McCain want a recount from six states in the USA and has complained of the lose from Obama. He said the elections where rigged and the ECZ of USA have no comments

  82. I have seen the celebrations in USA over Obama’s victory.I did not see the same here in Zambia why? The BIBLE says “When good people win
people come out to celebrate, and when BAD people win people stay indoors”. GOD SAVE MOTHER ZAMBIA

  83. PF, why stand in the first place if you know ECZ is corrupt. Get a life. We are tired of you blaming your wife for barreness when its you the husband with erectile dysfunction.

  84. CONGRATULATIONS OBAMA!!!! IF ONLY ZAMBIANS HAD EARS WE COULD ALSO HAVE HAD HH IN STATE HOUSE. ANY WAY AM NOT GIVING UP! NOT JUST YET!

  85. Some of these FP supporters are really sick and delusional. They need a good rest. Sata will probably not be alive by 2011 so get an alternative pretty fast. Sata wanted a Presidential pension and unfortunately he won’t have it. Bye Mr Sata, they are waiting for you across yonder.

  86. AMERICANS ARE REALLY MATURE…
    OBAMA IS YOUNG & INTELLIGENT.

We need young leader in 2011

    UPND HH
PF Choose a young leader..kabimba or Lubinda.
    MMD Mutati or pro chirwa

Other parties like ULP,FDD,NGP should grow up first & try in 2016

  87. NO 122 YOU MAY DIE BEFORE SATA BECAUSE YOU LIFE IS IN GODS HANDS HE CAN DECIDE TO SWITCH YOU OFF ANY TIME. MIND WHAT COMES OUT OF YOUR MOUTH YOU MAY BE DIGGING YOUR OWN GRAVE.YOU MAY NOT BE SICK A ROAD ACCIDENT,DEATH IN SLEEP EVEN WATER ON A TEASPOON CAN KILL YOU.GODS WAYS ARE NOT OUR WAYS.INFACT GET A LIFE AND REPENT

  88. Its a complete waste of time. The Zambian judicial system is rotten. Look at how long Chiluba’s theft charges have dragged! Because of this he has the audacity to lift his dirty fingers and wave them at the people he robbed claiming innocence, which is true at that, but is he as innocent as he claims? That’s where the judicial system has failed us.

  89. Elections were not free and fair.Miss president i like yo comments.Without rgging sata clearly won elections.Threats by the Army commander &IG are a source of worry in our young democracy,we dont nid such nonsense from millitary ,they are suppose to protect us externally and help us to curb theft and not to behave as cadres.Sata never lost elections but us zambians.Under the same conditions HH will also never rule this country. We need to clean up ECZ.

  90. SAD that we lost, painful as it may be we have to accept the raw deal we have been offered,RB is in power yes but believe u me the worst is yet to come, we are better of governing ourselves, mudala li planga.

  91. Have you heard celebrations of free and fair elections in USA. Back at home because of malpractices there are no celebrations. In some compounds they tried to buy chibuku for people to celebrate – it never worked. Soon those shouting will find out that RB will not have time for them. The man had no plans for mother Zambia and he is right now busy asking who to hold what position. Just watch he promised the entire …… vice presidency…………People who want to serve Zambia are well known and thieves, corrupt are known…. Use anything to stay in power at the expense of the suffering majority.RB has no agenda for Zambia……

  92. The petition should go ahead. We should not be taken for granted. Those in power should realise that being in the high position does not mean they own us – we are God’s pipo and God who sees even in dark corners will bring justice.

Let the courts be above partisan. I still hope a recount will bring justice – if it will not be manipulated. Sata for president.

  93. Teta you are not a God waumfwa, the goodness with the lord is that he is merciful and is there for all of us. if he delivered the children of Isreal so will we.from all the nonsense happening in our country

  94. please keep yaping pa z. thats what you know better back to chiluba and kaunda. USA is moving forward doing the rare things.
go zambia go,one day “zambia shall be saved”.
