Chisamba Lungu has joined Zambia camp and the foreign-based players begin to swell at the teams Ndola base.
The midfielder from FC Ural in Russia was one of four foreign-based player to arrive overnight together with Emmanuel Mbola of Portuguese club Porto.
Also in is Noah Chivuta of Free State Stars in South Africa and Southampton striker Emmanuel Mayuka.
The number brings to 18 the number of players in camp, eight of them foreign-based.
Goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene, defenders Davies Nkausu and Joseph Musonda and striker collins Mbesuma joined camp on Tuesday.
Zambia are by press time in action in a practice match against Nkana in Kitwe.

Iam hopeful that one day Renard will find a permanent position for Chisamba. For sometime the coach has rotated this player in different positions to a point of revealing himself as being the one who doesnt know what to do. Play Chisamba in that creative midfield role along side Mukuka and you will see goals. Welcome boy.

If you have played football at all though,you will agree with me that there are positions that players can adjust to with relative ease and others they only do so with difficulty. Lest you are forgetful Chisamba Lungu, in the recent past , is one player who has switched positions in the national team more than any other player. At one tournament he will be played as right defender and in the next game as a left winger.That speaks volumes of his versality but does it bring out the potential that lies latent in the boy? Absolutely not.Imagine having Sunzu as a goal keeper, Kalaba as a central defender all in the name of being professionals.
