Veteran Politician, Nason Msoni, has implored and dared the Registrar of Societies to de-register the Patriotic Front (PF) as it is now operating beyond the prescription of a political party.

Mr. Msoni has told QFM in an interview that it is important that the registrar of societies is empowered to de-register political parties willfully that are flouting the rules and regulations that control the conduct and behavior of political entities.

Mr. Msoni added that it is indisputable material fact that the PF is an assembly of violent men and women.

He said that the PF has transformed itself illegally into a violent tribal militia group that is threatening public safety and property.

He added that the failure by the police and the registrar of societies to curb and nip the violent PF now while still in the bud could later spell doom.

The Veteran Politician furthermore added that the seeds of violence being planted today by the leadership of PF while enjoying the trappings of political power will certainly one day reap the fruit of their own violence which they’re sowing with impunity today.

    • This guy in the picture incriminated himself. The moment the government changes hands he should one of the first PF cadres to be locked up.

    • I second you Nason. This legacy of violence started by ‘inkonya’ it’s now breeding the deaths of cadres in small numbers. Who can’t see where we are going, ‘spell doom’ indeed. Political party against political party fighting is a country on fire.

But not to an extent of deregistration though, parliament has to be strong and the job of the police and the judiciary has never been so challenging, it is not easy to get a bribe and be silent. The PF has not been left to push their interests, LAZ be commended for speaking out. The media has pursued their 3rd or 4th state role, I think violence ought to be nipped in its bud so institutions. It is not as sexy to be a politician anymore.

Tenders’ with interest have been quashed by other interested parties, what more can you long…

    • Msoni is right, they look and operate like EL SHABAB or BOKO HARRAM. They should their name to EL SHA PF or BOKO HA PF or PF HARRAM!

    • @Shimfumu: Get serious, people like you are a danger to our society. Can’t you see that PF have reduced themselves to behaving like Al-Qaida or Boko Haram, They have hijacked our Democracy trying to bring Dictatorship. See these PF cadres in the picture. They look criminals. Ooh Mother Zambia were did we go wrong?? to vote in to Power such a useless PAFWAKA Party. Sata and his people will pay heavily for failing Zambians.

    • imwe, this guy in the black shirt is a criminal,a ruthless killer. the look in is eyes is that of a thug that belongs in the slammer.

  1. since there is no nuetral police to protect citizen especialy political leaders,is it posible to seek the help of UN troops?people like hh,nevers, chipimo, father walya etc need to move around the country freely so that they sell their manifestos.

  2. Yes,please deregister these hoodlums masquarading as a party and we can have a new president and new MP’s who are level headed. PF is not a party of peace.

  3. Ba mudala its cold war within the party nothing new its realignment process which every party goes through stop over blowing things out of proportion ba VET….

  4. Msoni veteran politician my foot , he is only 47years and you call him veteran ??? i remember the days we used to drink chibuku with him in a compound called malata in kabulonga useless and pompus chap. a politician who runs around like a chicken with no head

  5. Ha ha ha.Ba Msoni teti mumfweko nensoni ? I bet the man is trying to show that he is still relevant in politics but issuing an off statement like this.Lol

  6. It is visible that PF is seen by all and in all its direction. People judge by deeds or action and not by augments. You may ague Msoni and criticize him but people are seeing even the biasness in which these issues are handled by the government police in particular. We are living in fear. There are places and some towns you can not walk at night lest you are apprehended and tortured like a criminal.

  7. Well deregestering not well placed ,but just concerns about lawlessness in the PF.lilanda coop market even had to close for two days, shocking indeed ,the area MP sampa was very annoyed with his cadres at least he spoke though after two days of terrorer on the innocent marketers.PF put rules for cadresto follow you are on the right track.

  8. If you are going for best contents like me, just pay a quick visit this website everyday as it presents feature contents, thanks

  9. it is true, there is just too much violence going on. there is no peace and just no control over these cadres. if only their president can voice out and stop the violence.

  10. Lets us be reasonable and demand practical things that work. Violence is a matter of law and order. We should be advocating a stronger uncompromised police force. The chances that a sitting political party can be de-registered anywhere in the world are one to a very large number. As such, to even suggest such a thing as a solution to a real problem, is, well, you decide. Sometimes we may have very good points but shoot ourselves in the foot by expressing it in a nonsensical manner. We need solutions, not emotional masturbation. Let us think like scientists/academics and not like political sloganeers.

    • Ba Equalizer naimwe what Musoni is saying is that there are grounds to deregister PF and he has made representations to that effect as by law required. It now remans for the registrer to act we all know that the registrer wont act but that should not be without consquence. Our duty as citizens is to keep a tab of those that abuse their offices for that is the offence that the registrer will have committed if he choses to pay a blind eye to the complaint. How ironical that a party with such propensity to abuse power chose to reinstate the abuse of authority of office offence.
And did you read from today’s Post some church which was deregistered by former Registrer ANDELEKI[Who as you are aware has since deregistered himself] won its case and was awarded costs meaning the State will have to…

  11. MMD had exihibited high level of violence together with UPND but today PF is on the ground so opposition play your cards well do no insult cerrent leadership appreciate what is being achieved and behave like Gen Miyand,Hon Nawakwi or Hon Mulupi or Hon Magandi well behaved politicians

    • That is not a very intelligent thing to say. UNITA was never in power. It would help your cause more if you could articulate your case rather than make preposterous comparisons.

    • Likening PF to UNITA is way off the mark. You should have said Sata’s PF is like Mugabe’s ZANU-PF or Kaunda’s UNIP (when UNIP was in power).

  12. The problem of political violence in Zambia is a serious one and needs to be addressed. To do this we need to look at the history of the problem with honesty and see the real problem for what it really is. Then and only then can we address it with any accuracy. In all honesty, political violence has not started when PF came into power. This does not mean that PF should get away with it. This only means that if we really wish to solve this problem, let us look at it in all honesty, in its true ugly form. Kaunda’s vigilantes, MMD’s William Tekere Banda’s boys… Let us study the scenario in which our politics take place and find lasting solutions, not those that are simply based on nothing more than hurting someone we dont like.

  13. For as long as there is poverty and under-education, there will be youths who can be manipulated and used. Many of the youth who participate in this violence are un-employed or are in markets or street vending. These people respond because they know no better about what living in a democracy of the 21st century actually entails. They are somehow made to believe that there is benefit in that sort of behaviour. We stand a better chance by working to strengthen the law enforcement agencies and the legal system than by ridiculous proposals such as de-registering a ruling party. And, the media can also help by putting things in perspective for the people rather than just focussing on sensation and commercially viable news.

  14. Can you advise how you can control cadres without involving the police. These are the same cadres who terrorised during MMD and they change like turn coats the moment the favourite Party loses power. These are just struggles for financial gain by illiterate youths.PF does not support and condone violence as projected in the eyes of the people. Some are just hired by the opposition for ther own political ends designed to turnish the Party in power as they no that thet vant fight back.Doing so will construed as heavy handedness by the opposition and their sympathysers.

  15. It is unthinkable to expect the PF to be civil and peaceful when their leade himself is not peaceful and not even at peace with himself. What is the difference between the PF thugs and those Somali blood-thirsty criminals who butchered innocent Kenyans including children?

    • Likening PF thugs to EL SHABAB is complete id.i.o.c.y. You are so ignorant that you dont know what EL SHABAB stand for and the attrocities they have committed. Maybe they should come to Zambian and murder your relatives and maim you. That’s when you will understand the difference.

    • Don’t blog under the influence of something, is it so hard to think and make proper analysis! Can you really compare any political party In Zambia to those terrorist s attacking the people in Kenya? Please take a bath and clean your mouth!

    • @Mutale & The Observer,
The Somali terrorists and PF thugs both aim to maim and kill. Look at that chap in the picture and ask yourself why he armed himself that way, he was spreading terror and was after somebody’s blood and if he got hold of a firearm he would kill many. Terror is terror whether it is carried out by a political party or not, you don’t belittle it.

  16. Msoni is a fake politician trying to make himself a man big enough to fight PF…let me take u back just in the recent past years…the Mufumbwe violence…was PF involved? when MMD cadres attacked us in 2011 when we had our provincial conference in lusaka…did anyone say MMD should be deregistered?..if it was MMD u wouldnt have bothered to say all this because yo life would be in great danger…though bitter with yo outburst am conforted by the fact that PF is a democratic party…

  17. Msoni reregistering PF is not the solution to the political violence in the country. PF is not the only violent political party, remember William Banda, the Mapatizya formula! Cadres just need to be enlightened and kept busy with constructive activities. The cadres are a hungry unemployed who need help. Deregistering the party with violent cadres will not help anything as they will simply be embraced by other existing political parties as the case of William Banda! All political parties should simply dialogue to find solutions to end this escalating trend in Zambian politics!

    • dude, the only violent dude you can identify in MMD is William Banda and they were not even consistent in their violence. Look at your PF cadres. Violence with them is perpetual so really this comparision is not viable.

  18. The police general should arrest the man in the photo, such things cannot be allowed in our country. The law enforcing agents should do their job,

  19. @11 The London Eye – Likening PF thugs to EL SHABAB is complete id.i.o.c.y. You are so ignorant that you don’t know what EL SHABAB stand for and the attrocities they have committed. Maybe they should come to Zambian and murder your relatives and maim you. That’s when you will understand the difference.

    • @Mutale Chikwanda,
It looks like you are making this very personal. I responded to your comments on your earlier thread and you are repeating the same.
You are itching for my relatives blood and mine and I think only blood-suckers would wish others killed or maimed and you should be the last person to talk about atrocities when it is apparent that you are a very violent and vulgar individual. I am so scared of you and I will not waste any more time on you.

  20. Can you advise how you can control cadres without involving the police. These are the same cadres who terrorised during MMD and they change like turn coats the moment the favourite Party loses power. These are just struggles for financial gain by illiterate youths.PF does not support and condone violence as projected in the eyes of the people. Some are just hired by the opposition for ther own political ends designed to turnish the Party in power as they know that thet cant fight back.Doing so will be construed as heavy handedness by the opposition and their sympathysers.

  21. To tell you the truth, it’s unfortunate that these two men though they are old enough to be on the other side of the law, have no capacity what so ever to think outside the box because they suffer from literacy deficiency syndrome a condition that was cultivated by the late Chiluba and his cronies then. It is also unfortunate that the serpent gathered these dead woods and used them as raw materials to fan a fire of political violence, for his an unquenchable appetite for blood. Shame on you Sata you are just an old man but without brains and a heart for your fellow country men and women.

  22. Who qualifies to be called Veteran in politics? Mson…veteran..how? What has he done in Zambian politics.? KK, RB, VJ, GZ (Grey Zulu), king Cobra… Sikota Wina… These are the veteran… Ba Lusakatimes…learn to use words properly… Msoni. vetaran..how?.kekekekekeke

  23. Msoni is right, let first start with MMD, followed by UPND, and lastly PF so that these three violent parties disappear from Zambia.

Peace and Prosperity to Mother Zambia.

  24. Uli ci puba.Who told u ths guy is Pf & where ws he engaged to b Pf & by who? There is no merit warantng beyond reasonable doubt ths is a Pf youth.Wnyala Msoni welu the picture is yours & ve jst changed footage of picture. From which constitueny & ward doe ths fella come frm?

Before you buy any pill, most of your priority is always to look at review and pay attention to what other people think of that pill. According to Phen375 best places to buy; you are able to only buy this fat burning supplement online through the manufacturer.

  39. Please pay attention to what is happening, this is how rebel groups start if the lawlessness is not checked. There are international gun runners around the world and they are watching ready to offload their guns to situations like this. Remember the story of Liberia. Such youths can easily be manipulated by unscrupulous politicians to take up arms. And before you know it a disaster in a peaceful country which we are always taking for granted can turn into hell. The police have been rendered useless due to fear of being fired by the ruling party machinery if they do their jobs professionally. Such is a recipe for disaster.

  40. of course like your website however you need to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I in finding it very troublesome to inform the reality on the other hand I’ll certainly come back again.

  47. You may think that rushing in and declaring your love and regret is the way to go. And who’s in fault that she doesn’t feel safe as the Bank of England with a Ukrainian man. However, throughout the succeeding centuries, several alleged sightings of Anne Boleyn’s ghost would seem to suggest that her spirit has not quite departed this world.
