The technical committee on drafting the Zambian constitution has charged that government should not accuse it of just spinning money from the committee as it has not paid them part of their allowances.
In a letter to the attorney general, the committee through lawyers Mwansa, Phiri and partners, says it discharged its duties diligently adding that it is ill conceived for vice president Dr. Guy Scott and justice minister Wynter Kabimba to allege that the committee was after money.
The committee has demanded for an apology from the two government leaders failure to which legal action will be taken.Kindly note that all comments will be reviewed for appropriate content.

The Technical committee should go and face Kabimba in person, if he give them the usual shit, sort him right on the spot. Lawsuit to whose courts, Kabimba’s Ministry of Injustice, with Mutomba Nchito prosecuting? Tech committee are cowards.
Kabimba should not even play with the presidency as any attempts by the cartel to take over the reign will result in a military coup. Be warned. Mmembe will be shot. Kabimba is a snake and he is the one behind the failed new constitution. He advised President Sata wrongly.

I Believe and trust that the technical committee did its work to accommodate 75% of the recommendations given by Zambians across the country,the cartel of Guy Scott and winter wants to manipulate the draft constitution to suit the thirsty for power.their will be power struggle once king cobra is no more.The dark days for Zambia lay aheard .

They’ve beef with the TC so they won’t pay them but if this same committee was singing from the same hymn page with them, they would be paid more than they’re owed. Lies have short legs
The constitition committee should just forget it. They sunk too much money! They extended extension after extensions mainly due to money. The document they were doing had alread been done by others before them. They were just coping and pasting witha lot of arguements amongst themselves of where to put punctuation marks. They chewed too much. I adviced that volunteers would have come up with the same document without so much money which went into commissioners bottomless pockets. Imagine the money you pocketed if it was given to start-up marketeers how many poor people would that miney have helped! Look around Lusaka for the poor and disabled, the money you kept sinkinf into your pockets could have helped them. Own up you selfish lot.
The ceremonial vice president Dr Guy Scott is on record that the Technical Committee did not do what PF government was expecting to the Constitution making process. Scott charged that the committee added among other things death penalty and subtracted homosexuality from the constitution. Allegations made are inimical to the capability of these eminent Zambians whom are mainly reputable lawyers in their personal capacities and other respected Zambians. The committee was appointed and given terms of reference and discharged its duty diligently. To allege that members are only after money today is insulting to these ladies and gentlemen. Kabimba is holding the document alleging PF committee will study it and Guy Scott says its a useless document. This is malicious deserving legal suit to PF.
