  1. PF is a curse on Zambia. PF is a gang of criminals from all walks of life- Kabimba the Sudanese junta, M’membe the media manipulator, Mahtani the financial juggler, Nchito the legal support line and Sata the Devilhead.

    • hahahahaha……………………., I like this. pf cadres thought it will just end with high prices of millie meal for a while then things will stabilize but be reminded that worse things are on the way. am not worried coz l can afford that price increase. but of course no more giving lifts to these 1diots, suffer for poor decisions while kambwili’s head and neck continue merging

  2. well it the expected thing to do,even in south africa fuel has gone up,it”s global price increase my little witch hunters.

    • You’re very dumb. Read the statement again. It is the depreciation of the Kwacha that has necessitated this increase. It has nothing to do with the rubbish you are sprouting.

    • go to Nigeria where they mine fuel, it short up and the cost of living is too high compared to zambia. one thing I have noted is that we zambians like exaggerating issues….why can’t we embrace the spirit of oneness and work together to improve our well being…I have come to believe, we ourselves discourage investors from coming to our country..you know why? someone outside would think we are in a civil war…we talk so much negative about our government not knowing we are damaging the image of our own country. Its like you tell people that your father cheats on your mother, do you think people will not take it as gospel truth even when your could be cheating?

    • mmuzaza, no wonder you defeated Limata Josphen in a petition in 2012. u sound to be such an intellegent man and I salute you. wise words papa! voice from kaoma zambia

    • The “chibwato” doesn’t require diesel. It is Sata’s ark for his kaponyas. They will need it when we set them off on the sea to oblivion – Panga Family Indian Ocean voyage 2016.

  3. When we say the failure of the kwacha has serious consequences and some one in charge must be shaken and nothing happens these are the results. Already Mealie Meal prices are up and with this they further go up. Everything will go up and in turn any salary increment will have no meaning. I am now believing the economic gains, single digit inflation reports are all false. The present is being lied to things are not okay. We hope the rebasing will not trigger another rebasing in the next 10 years. economists please help and advice rightly if your advice are not taken then you can ay you advised and its not your fault.

    • Our economists don’t seem to care or they are confused thus arguments among themselves. You have economists the likes of Prof. Saasa who will by all means try to justify the fuel increase as a good move! What is very interesting however is that the government which promised jobs and more money in the pockets is squeezing out even the little people are trying to save and more jobs will be lost as employers try to reduce costs.

  4. My salary was increased by 4% last year but fuel can be increased by 8.5% then my salary increment means nothing and moreover there is wage free for the next two years.
This is what it means by lower taxes, lower fuel prices, more money in my pockets. My country men even if iam a bemba can i support this type of governance.Anyway watchdog told us already 2 months ago.
    Man of action at work.Pabwato.
This is what Kabimba and Sampa said that we are removing subsidies from the rich to give the poor. Thanks Zambia and the urban population who has brought us this prosperity.Viva PF

  5. At fuwelo ika cheaper aaa …mufi. Someone help me sing the song come on guys…mini bus fares up again. Maize meal up due to transportation cost..wapya Munzi..

  7. Vote hh,he will make sure fuel prices are not increased!!!! Some of u are fools hh does not control market forces u fu.ckas, this sh.it was bound to happen irrespective of holds office.no one is producing we just consume so stop crying

  8. Please mwebena zambia, The coperate world especially. Can you please find out where Chanda Chimba the third(3) is and sponsor him for that programe ‘Stand up for zambia’ to media houses so that he prepares people for the next elections? Ala twalacimona kuliaba ba pf.

  9. Sata is too old, chikawanda is an accountant not an economist. This govt is full of tired brains.Zambians wake up and pray or else we will end up like somalia.

  10. Of course, all the bus fares will have to go up next……

More money anyone? How’s that part of “the plan” working out?

  11. For this uneducated PF govt the fight against poverty actually means fighting the poor by putting even more hardships on them.

    Eish,kweli elimu ni muhimu sana.

  12. Wait a minute! Is it the role of the regulator to determine the price of fuel?! ERB is overstepping its mandate. ERB was constituted to regulate the Energy market and ensure fairness. By signing that memo Mr George Chabwera you have shown that you DON’T know your job! Please resign today.

  13. This is what you wanted, despite the appalling track record of Sata written on the wall in black and white. Now enjoy PABWATO!!!

  14. every one makes fake promises this time is PF so was the MMD and The UNIP next is you wishful party . open your eyes don’t trust earthly rulers who don’t have control on their plans people or keep waiting for the worst

    • @ 25 Your reasoning is worrying if you think that leadership has nothing to do with market forces. Do you know that other countries including in the region are prospering better that our country which is actually richer than them? Go across to Tanzania, Namibia, Botswana and see the differnce. Govt policies determine the destiny of its people and this is dependent on the people electing sound leaders. What you sow is what you reap. Accepting to be misruled is what is kiiling your country.

    • @Silent, you are very right. What the cadre above doesnt know is that “It takes one person to make a difference”. The role leaders (and the President in particular) have a huge bearing on the course of a nation.

As for the 3 parties you ve mentioned UNIP, MMD and PF we Zambians must never forget that it is the same leadership. Sata, Chikwanda, Munkombwes even KK etc. So do we expect anything different from them? Of course that is folly.

Its time we had real change in the country. Vote for CHANGE

  15. No ramance without finance, prostitutes under HIPC,govt workers wage free-blackman redemption stil undersiege by the western world hosting worthless conferences.
