Lusaka clergyman says NCC is catalyst of unity

Share

A clergyman in Lusaka says the National Constitution Conference (NCC) is a catalyst to unity in the nation as opposed to dividing it.

Zambia Hope International president, Adamson Musonda, says bickering on the mode of enacting the new constitution will not help Zambia.

Pastor Musonda notes that the NCC is the cheapest way to the constitution making
process.

Pastor Musonda was speaking in an interview with ZANIS in Lusaka today.

He further called upon some civil society organisations, political parties and
pressure groups wishing to ‘shun’ the NCC to consider participating because the NCC
has provision to accommodate all concerned issues to the constitution making
process.

And Pastor Musonda has called on government to dialogue with the key stakeholders in
addressing the constitution making process, adding that  dialogue is the remedy to
addressing the aspirations of the Zambian people.

The NCC has been received with mixed feelings and some key stakeholders are pulling
out of the constitutional making process, saying this would dilute the legitimacy of
adopting the new constitution that will stand a test of time.

The Oasis Forum, which comprises a number of civil society and church organisations,
and the opposition Patriotic Front (PF) have since pulled out of the NCC, alleging
that some of the important issues in the constitution making process have not been
addressed.

  1. He must be one of those we saw on television “prophesying” about Chiluba being appointed by God to stay for the third term. Hired by Regina. One of the 90 with nothing to offer. Gone begging again

  2. Chibavu(1),

No, all that legion of immoral con-artists are now economic migrants in the USA. This is according to confirmed sources on the ongoing correspondence between the two sister Bomas. The last one is the so called Bishop who with his family landed in the USA last year through Connecticut before pushing for a asylum in Houston Texas on cooked up stories of dangers to his life.

This was after Levy fired him from our Mission in Belgium where as an MMD cadre he was irregularly posted to serve as a junior administrative mission officer. The dismissal was for his secret membership in the outlawed KKK sect. He got recruited in the KKK sect through the Bridgeport, Connecticut USA Chapter whilst in the Zedian Mission in Belgium. The Belgium Boma filed the complaint through foreign affairs and that brought shame to the administration.

Since then to the unsuspecting Diasporas he calls Levy a villain. When he solicited and Grooved for the job Levy was a good man. But as disciplinary as Levy is he acted on that foreign report and the foolish Bishop has started his shortsighted battle. Meanwhile the two Bomas are busy exchanging notes to validate filed claims for asylum. Fred M’membe has been planning to publish this potentially damaging report to show how MMD’s blunders on Foreign service choices.

The Church has been infiltrated unless we all stay vigilant, we risk taking woofs for holy men of reverence.

  3. These job-seeking men of the cloth should be stopped at all costs. They have visions non of us can see and hear sounds, we can’t. Their messages from God are only to them. I am sure their is another god of theirs. Funny how much airtime and publicity they get when they ‘prophesise’- Stupid *****s
