Muliokela joins Presidential By- elections race

Share

Poor People’s people party leader Alex Muliokela has joined in the Presidential By Elections slated for October 30th, 2008.

In a press statement released to ZANIS in Lusaka Tuesday evening, Mr Muliokela said he will be grateful to the ECZ would give him
chance to file in his nomination as he will be able to raise the required K 20 million nomination by September 26, 2008.

He added that his party has in fact launched a vigorous fund raising exercise saying each of his party members were willing to donate K 1000 each.

The opposition leader disclosed his assets saying he has a current cash amounting to K 1,862 billion in stocks,K 300 million in fixed assets and hard cash amounting to K 2, 162 billion.

The ruling MMD party has fielded long standing politician and economist Rupiah Banda, while Patriotic Front (PF) and United Party for National Development (UPND) have fielded their respective party leaders Micheal Sata and Hakainde Hichilema for the elections.

This followed the untimely death of incumbent republican president Dr Mwanawasa on August 19, 2008 at Percy Military Hospital in Paris, France due to a stroke.

  1. Welcome to the PRESIDENTIAL RACE MR Alex Muliokela. I wish you the very best in your endeavours. As of now, it is Vote for the UPND’s HH – the man of the moment.

  2. Nanga aba nabo bachokela kuti please????are this not the ones sponsord to tear apart the oposition votes??? i thought the chama chakombokas were long gone???kuli party ya so mu Zambia ?nichani kanshi

  3. Just wondering if he has so much available cash why can’t he pay the required nomination fee without burdening his already poor members with the 1pin each donation?

  4. bamulya matufi muchipuba u ze one splittng ze votes ubupuba. nipabwato nomba we need change. go pf go pabwatoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  5. Mr Muliokela, we need your CV on here – LT – for time is running out. Using simple arithmetics, HH has improved his money in approximately 2 years by 57% ~ (38-23)billion/23 billion * 100. I can just imagine, what HH will do for Zambian if he will be elected President of Zambia.
2 years, fellow Zambians. There is MONEY in ZAMBIA, what is lacking is management skills. There is hope for mother Zambia and all Zambian Citizens in VOTING FOR HH come 2008 Oct 30 elections.
Vote for RBB or worse Hon MC Sata are your loss and risk for our future.

  6. hahahaha. This man is a poor guy who lives in some compound in Lusaka. he has always said he wud make a good president coz he poor too

  7. #5 Ya, you guys are entertaining, you have me laughing to tears here. That is Lusaka nyanja at it’s best. You guys make my day

  8. # 11 zoona mudala ndise a kwa chi mukulu muziba chee ababantu ba vuta.munanvela ko party ati Poor People’s people party ????kodi nichani imwe kanshi??

  11. Patriotic Front cadres have allegedly burnt a fence belonging to Kasama Central Member of Parliament, Savior Chishimba’s parents in Lusaka’s George Compound
Savior’s Father, Emmanuel Chishimba told MUVI TV News that the cadres burnt the fence to ashes using petrol and dismantled iron sheets of the fence last night. Mr. Chishimba appealed to the Patriotic Front leadership not to engage the family into politics. He challenged the Party leadership to show maturity in its campaigns in the run-up to the polls. 12. # 5 you rock. You have made my day. Back to business I think you are right. This Muliokela chap is aimed at dividing HH’s vote is Western Province.

  13. i have 2 billion in my account ata that is the cost of a house in lusaka and i agree zambia i think leta o bwembya tu lopole insokanda iyi

  14. #16 and 17, Don’t worry about votes being split in Western Province. I think we Lozis are wise enough not to vote for a wannabe comedian simply because he is Lozi.

  15. Fellow HH supporters, let us keep focused. This is not about Western Province – we are checking on Zambia composed of 9 provinces.
Let us just continue telling our Children and Parents together with all relatives we can reach by phone or whatever that HH is the MAN OF THE MOMENT who has made a 57% increase [ (38-23)billion ZK/23 billion ZK *100 ]on the money he declared 2006. Tell them HH will deliver his promises because he (HH) has shown it in his individual capacity as a business man.
Let us not be distracted, ours MUST CONTINUE as a door-to-door campaign for HH for Zambian President.

  16. Bo Muliokela mu zwela kai sha?!?!?!? If indeed you have hard cash amounting to K2.1 billion, then surely, you should be able to pay up the K20m ?!

  17. blogger plz believe me this muliokela guy is capable splitting sata's votes because they speak the same language.the mmd can use this man on the copperbelt and lusaka because he is a comedian just like sata, although funnier. blogger plz believe me this muliokela guy is capable splitting sata's votes because they speak the same language.the mmd can use this man on the copperbelt and lusaka because he is a comedian just like sata, although funnier.

  18. #20 I agree with you but each and evry province counts. Sata lost in 2006 because he never set foot in southern, western and n/western. HH needs to win western because it is one of his strong holds and this Muliokela chap will not help the situation. I hope he is just wanting media coverage and he will not file his nomination. VIVA HH. Let us all look to the future and not the past

  19. Alex Muliokela zambia has no shortage of political manpower go cast your fate to the wind and your poverty to the devil.WE ARE NOT GOING TO LET YOUR INSANITY TAKE ADVANTANGE OF THE THE PROCESS We want powerful politicians like former defence minister wamundila muliokela whom we still appreciate his service to our nation at high level to continue his service to our country.NOT IWE

  20. bloggers plz believe me this muliokela guy is capable of splitting sata's votes because they speak the same language.the mmd can use this man on the copperbelt and lusaka because he is a comedian just like sata, although funnier. bloggers plz believe me this muliokela guy is capable of splitting sata's votes because they speak the same language.the mmd can use this man on the copperbelt and lusaka because he is a comedian just like sata, although funnier.

  21. However, instead of worrying and wishing Muliokela bad, let us embrace him and let him use his consitution right to stand for Zambian Presindency.

  22. Let us meet the people telling them that they have a CHOICE – to vote for economic independence under the MAN who has grown his investmnets by 57% in two years in the name of Sir HH continuing with progress we have made under the quality leadership of the EDUCATED late LPM.

  23. I laugh when I hear HH people thinking that they will carry Western Province. They did not do so in 2006 and infact only had one parliamentary seat having lost all the others they had won in 2001. In the last test of strength in Western Province (June 2008) which was a Ward election in Mulitalima Ward in Kaoma; MMD won followed by ULP. Next was PF followed by UNIP. LAST WAS UPND with only 68 votes. signs are that even PF will wallop UPND in Western Province. I cannot understand how a party can be so high in the clouds and not to be able to see reality.

  24. i have never heard of that guy even. though i have to be honest he has lots of money. he does not really reflect the party name??!!!

  25. #37 if politics were a straight line like the way you put things then it would be much easier to win an election. Coucillorship and presidential elections are different. What makes you think that HH who was second to Levy and ahead of Sata in 2006 despite the fact that Sata was backed by Sakwiba will do poorly this time round in western province. The truth of the matter is that in 2006 MMD told people “Mazoka is dead and UPND is no more and you will hear of small party called UDA”. HH has spent sometime in western province addressing this problem. Sata cannot beat HH in western province even if he camped there if he can with his heart failure. RB stands a chance due to govt machinery.

  26. wow I dont really get it Nikasoo konse aka mwebantu…all this cash man ya still asking for the members of ya party to donate ma pin pin dats hilarious na mwenye awama…. and to start with I have never heard of the poor people’s party wats gud bout dis fellow zedians feed me feed me feed me am autodate on dis one who dat muliokela man pliz pump some knowledge in me bout dis man aight…hats out peace and am out…..

  27. if and only if horses were wishes, bo muliokela would stop his mabisi diet and ride. mina bo ndate mwaapuma.where the hec did you get those billions from? bo muhulu amuye fela kwamunzi. musike mwatupuma.

  28. # 44 in Zambia anything is possible and Muliokela knows that and that is why he is standing. If Sata with his qualifications can have a chance then Muliokela can also give it a go. After all it is the first past the post, so you never know this Muliokela can end up with extra 2 votes and win the election.

  29. ah, ah, ah, ba LT, i know am closer to chile, but not in chile. Por favor cambien esa bandera chilena (please, change that chilean flag)

  30. How much is RB and Sata worth anyway. This post is also not consistent with their reporting. Any one with data on finances for these two please help.

  31. Mushrooming presidential candidates now, this will just split votes for opposition and give big chance for MMD to win.
Can some people advice Mr Muliokela to wait for 2011 elections please.

  32. #47, check, thepicturemonger. blogspot . com for Sata’s worth in terms of money. The man is no where I might be clsoing in on him.

  33. Give Muliokela a chance too. Let the best man win. Vote HH for a real ray of change and hope that all Zambians can believe and trust in.

  34. I am for Muliokela for this election and Joyce Nonde for 2011, anybody knows where to find President Muliokela? He needs my personal support, he has my undivided support, I promise to deliver Mtendere to him on a silver platter, like I did for Nawakwi. I like his manifesto and style, he is the man of the moment. VIVA MULI, eshoo muna ka!

  35. with all that money you better support one of the guys on the list than get embarrased coz people dont know you, right now.

  36. this man sounds rich but lacks exposure. let him stand as a councillor in senanga, sitoti contituency. after 2 terms then he can stand as MP… maybe we’ll know then.

  37. MR Alex Muliokela i wellcome u in the presidental race.. u are zambiaN and u have the right to campaign!!!!..BUT let me remind u that UBUTEKO TE LWANGALO IYO!!!..BUT GOOD LUCK LET THE BEST MAN WIN!!

  38. IMWE BANTU UYU MUNTU SHURE!! PEOPLE PEOPLE POOR PARTY!!!? NIKUTISEBANYA KWABANJI SURE..MA RUBBISH ABA BA NDIBAJA KUTI BA GULE BENZE BA CHITA NO IGONELA KU MANDA!! SCHOPET…

  39. Uyu Muliokela same same behaviour as the former defence minister wamundila muliokela who was MP for Chililabombwe but never developed the town and never said a work in parliament resulting in being trounced by ester banda in 2006. Now this cousin of his a comedian with ‘his allerged cash ‘why not use his money to file in his nomination and rent a mob to back him at the high court????? Truth is he is a liar and has no such kind of money. he is a poor man havingmental problems. period.

  40. Iam really worried about Rupiah’s politics, He cant fight corruption if he is in the forefront. I fear for this country if we elect such a person to state house

  41. Imwe bantu imwe, this man (Muliokela) is not 100% upstairs. He lives in chilenje in a ka small house with writings all over its walls. He walks everyday from chienje to town and to wherever dressed in a black and white checkered trousers, black and white checkered shirt and black and white checkered cap lol.

He even places a flag at his home lol claiming he is a president lol

Ba LT sure mungalete bamudala aba ati ni news sure sure?

Coming to think of it, I wonder who feeds him or how he survives coz he lives all by himself.

  42. 63 I hear you. I know this man too..I have watched him on Muvi TV. He is nothing more than a clown. He is so funny, you wouldnt stop laughing.Question is, if hes billions in hard cash, why does he have to wait for his ‘members’ (if at all he has any) to pay 1 pin each? hahahahahahah!

  43. He’ll only get 1% of the votes in all the constituencies. Let him consult Ngondo on the consequences of entering Zambian politics as an unknown.

Otherwise, Welcome to the race. Be ready to be analysed, dismantled, insulted, investigated for the common good of all.

And to start, who is Muliokela?

  44. #15 maybe you can furnish with details about the fence, the last time I heard about it the fence was not burnt and know one knew who wanted to do it. Did you get to read about Willy Nsanda’s wall fence and the state was involved?

  45. Comedians are finally pitching up Please why not pay the K20 million and not let you members k1,000.00. You are even making them more poorer.Let them buy the own food with that Money.Let the big guys battle it out.

  46. There seem to be alot of money flying around. Why not use it to build a school or clinic, and have it named after you. I think one will have made a better contribution to development. Or is it just for the sweetness of power in plot One?

  47. Ladies & Gentlemen, why dont people advise Sata to form a PACT with Muliokela, since it appears that Sata may be looking for a PACT.
Let Sata try and ask this man, Muliokela concerning a pact; he may just agree you know. And since they are all campaigning based on ‘The Poor’ I think they can work together.
Any PF cadre to second this idea?

  48. Well well! Another joker has joined the rest of them! Please Mr. Muliokela analyse the political situation before you lose your 20m. You really know that you can never win an election at the moment at least. People must realise that they can still make very good contribution to National development without being President. Why waste money in this money, by the way why even ask money from Poor people. Stop wasting people’s time and resources Mr. Muliokela!

  49. Sata(PF) is not looking for a PACT he thinks PF can win the election easily besides he left HH(UPND) who was supposed to make a PACT with.

Can someone shed more light on the claim on today’s Post headline, I will really appreciate!

  50. It is true. This man should form a PACT with Sata. Ubwato is full of amapinda and comedy. Yesterdays rally by Sata in Kitwe was full of nothing but comedy. The man has run out of ideas. He did not address any real issues concerning our country. It was comedy at its best.

Lets thick twice and vote wisely.

  51. THERE IS ANOTHER DRUNKARD ON SKY FM.MINISTER KAINGU.VERY LISHOLI PLS DON’T VOTE RB HE IS LISHOLI.PLS VOTE HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH VOTE WISELY VOTE PAKUBOKOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  52. the guy is making a CV. He is very clever. after the elections he will envolved in a lot things by NGOs and government functions. Very clever indeed. Please LT it is not a presidential By-election. Its taking place in the whole country. Its simply a presidential general election. Mutisebanya.

  53. James Lukuku at The Post during a walk-in interview yesterday

OPPOSITION National Revolution Party (NRP) former secretary general James Lukuku has revealed that the party has received K15 million from Vice-President Rupiah Banda to endorse his candidature.

And NRP president Cozmo Mumba yesterday confirmed having met Vice-President Banda on Tuesday but denied receiving any money from his campaign team.

In a walk-in interview yesterday, Lukuku explained that Cozmo initially informed him on Monday about a meeting that was to be held with Vice-President Banda on Tuesday morning although he was not told of the agenda.

Lukuku said on Tuesday, he went to Government House in the

  54. KAINGU,MINISTER OF TOURSIM,YOU POOR BUSINESSMAN,WOMANISER,YOU CAN’T COMPARE YOURSELF TO HH,VERY FAR AWAY.NO MATCHING.JUST A YOUNGMAN HH WILL SAVE US FROM POVERTY.

  55. Muliokela is much brighter and sharper that SATA. Let SATA approach him not the other way round. After all SATA might benefit from Muliokelas brilliant cv and add variance to what is other wise a stale PF portfolio.

  56. Lukuku said on Tuesday, he went to Government House in the company of Cozmo and party deputy national chairman Phiri around 09:00 hours. He said they were asked to wait as there were other people scheduled to meet Vice-President Banda.

Lukuku said they were later ushered into the Vice-President’s office immediately after his meeting with Victory Ministries founding pastor Nevers Mumba. He said during their meeting with Vice-President Banda, he was surprised that Cozmo started to talk about endorsing Vice-President Banda when they had initially agreed to endorse UPND president Hakainde Hichilema.

“He Cozmo endorsed the Vice-President as the preferred candidate for the National Revolutio

Just forget about the POST. Mmembe is sour and hurt about the Zambian Airways affair. Expect more such nonsensical rubbish from them.

  58. So Dr Nevers Mumba had already gotten the cash, so the protocol officers got confused. So William Banda actually went back to the Vice-President and informed him of the development. So that is how William Banda picked the phone and contacted Dr Nevers Mumba and said ‘akokachepa that’s too small, that is for young people. We have a bigger package for you. So you could actually bring that envelope,” Lukuku explained.

He further said pastor Mumba then promised to send his driver to return the envelope to Government House as they were asked to wait. Lukuku said after waiting for a long time, they raised concern and pastor Mumba was later phoned, again.

Lukuku said pastor Mumba said he dela

  59. No. 80. Well spoken, this man should form a alliance with SATA to entertain there supporters and the nation at large. I have always sympathized with PF supporters, how can anyone honestly take SATA seriously and even consider him for president. It’s crazy!!! people in Zambia are not serious, thats the more reason the country has not developed after 44 years of independence.

  60. Chitundetunde

What else do you expect from the POST. Very dramatic reporting indeed. I stopped reading the POST sometime back and I only pick on others buys. I will never waste my money for the POST. I admit though that I collect POST papers for my pit latrine.

  61. Surely a big fish at the Post Newspaper has some serious deal to hide and fears that if RB came into power the investment might not be salvaged. It is commin knowledge. Ba Post shame !

  62. #93 DC 10

Very comforting words. I also just cant begin to understand why on earth anyone can support SATA. It is as plain as the blue sky on a cloudless summer day. Try as I may, nix. No iota of incline of the minutest kind beckons.

I have been trying to test myself on my biasness on this matter and all my efforts have not changed my position at all.

SATA is simply not a person I would ever choose for a leader.

  63. yama ba # 96… just mind your on business ala..and concerntrate on your party… chilakubaba if you hear the name of the Next President M.W.SMITH. SATA.

  64. #96 has no reason to vote for anyone. chipuba. Poor People’s Party welcome to the land with more money in your pockets and less taxes. Didn’t these chaps say Sata has no plan but scream and jump at reduction in prices which he said a long time that they were. No wonder #96 is still lacking brain matter to vote wise. Wawa!

  65. His behaviour, his political ideas, his temperament, his language, his interests, mentallity, his thug nature and so on and so forth., political cv, criminal behaviour and language makes me wonder what for heavens sake people support him.

Mugabe is his hero, a guy who has killed and starved thousands of people. He takes advantage of the illitrate and promises them goodies and creates an euphoria in his victims.

Me thinks, this is the type of person I must protect my children from and yet other seemingly enlightened ones support him. I ask what is the basis of this support?

  66. I welcome Muliokela with both hands! He is exercising his contitutional rights- though he will not make any impact to most electrotes. Donate that money to Goverment and go for it man!

  67. #94 needs money to buy a decent toilet and even a 3pin to buy a newspaper. Don’t worry, we will make sure you afford a paper. But with your blind following its by luck that you have not fallen and lived in the pit latrine you have. Support someone who will make u live like a man, not a mouse of stealing whatever u can. I wonder whose PC you now using to utter gab.bage. Vomit far from us. We nchushi

  68. This is my dilemma, the peoples ‘hero is a villain’ in my eyes. A criminal in my eyes is a saint in others, a full grown HYENA is a SHEEP in other peoples eyes, a self proclaimed COBRA is yet a lAMB in other peoples eyes

I forgive your ig-.norance on who has shown that he can work. Even sensible people make mistakes, what of you useless cha.ps

  71. OK so if every person in the country gives him 1 pin then he has 12 million – what is that USD 3000? Thanks for starting my day with a laugh Alex 🙂

  72. Thanks welcome on board mr Muliokela, join your fellow comedians the likes of , Chama Chakomboka, Ngond and Sata. to just warn you. We want serious pipo, we want real change, change you can believe in. Vote HH

  73. Ladies and gentlemen I wish you saw Muliokele when he was being interviewed by MUVI TV some few months ago and recently when he said he would stand. He is a Chama Chomboka or the owner of Best Party in Chilenje type. You will waste time debating him. Even the figures shown above are bogus. I would be surprised if he even have K 1 Million in the account.

  74. #108, you gave me a laugh for the month. Do you know how to calculate? How can 1000.00 mulplied by 12,000,000 equal to 12,000,000 is that domestic or maths? ha ha ha

  75. dramatic reporting indeed from the post. sour as they may be about zambian airways, they cant go to such extremes to claim that nevers mumba pickd up money meant for his younger brother. bear in mind that they are reporting what lukuku went to say to them. it was a walk in interview. what is more hilarious is that nevers mumba acknowlegdes seeing cosmo mumba at govt house! solomom also says he saw them there but william banda has refused !!

  76. # 96

oliwabufi. Last week ku moba you told me you are a staunch Sata supporter and you are going to vote non other than PABWATOOOOOOOOO. Don’t mislead the public

  77. SATA has many followers and as such deserves to contest the Presidential elections. He is to his followers a capable leader who is the answer to their problems. I believe this is a fair comment to make. Yet I make no appologies when I condemn this capable tyranny in SATA, I take it as my responsibillity to alert, inform, blow the whistle on him.

Infact I believe it is my duty to inform and and somehow contribute to the DIGNITY of all our people even of those that must be rescued from the clutches of his (SATA) euphoric and seductive enchantments.

  78. imwe the Post have been telling us the truth about RB and the plunderer’s. Si apa ma vultures ya chita re-group led by chief vulture chiluba

That is fine and thank you BTW for bothering to read my staff. You seem angry though. Just be calm and discuss with a clear head. Emotions dont help.

Let us start with SATA’s position with regard to foreign investors. Why does he want to chase away investors? I request your unabiased and truthful reply.

  83. HH IS THE BEST BUT ITS LIKE HE IS NOT KNOWN. REST ARE JOKERS WHY DO THEY EVEN LEAD POLITICAL PARTIES IF THEY CANNOT AFFORD TO CONTEST. ONE OF THE QUALIFICATIONS OF A POLITICAL PARTY IS TO PARTICIPATE IN ELECTIONS. ITS TRUE THEY ARE PUPPET PARTIES UNDER MMD. YOU DISBAND YOUR PARTIES AND STOP CONFUSING INNOCENT ZAMBIANS YOU COWARDS LIKE DR AND MR MUMBA AND THE REST OF U WHO ARE SACRIFICING YOUR DIGNITY OVER 15M BUCKS

  84. Where is this nman from, the figures are so high that he is supposed to be amongst the world’s richest.
He must be an MMD plant.

  85. anonymous, the “investors” sata wanted to kick out of zed were not really investors but levi’s way of reaping off zedians hoping no one would figure out. those chaps employed zedians to work on coal mines without protective clothing and equipment.imagine someone going under ground in pata patas, those are the “investors” we hope sata will chuck out my friend. sup bush!

  88. Haa! Is this not the man (Mr Muliokela) who formed the Patrotic Front? Now I understand why the current PFleader behaves as he does. Birds of the same feather…

  89. #129 osama bin zed

You say the investors ‘were not really investors’ Which ones are you refering to in particular.

The laws relating to safety standards are provided for in our constitution. Check local government laws, you will find them. The problems is, who from GRZ ensures that these laws are adhered to.These safety standards must be met not only by outside investors but local investors as well.

While it is required upon them(investors) to maintain and uphold high safety standard, the onus is on GRZ by provisions of the law to enforce them these requirements and provisions of the law.

Dont expect the investor to formulate these laws for you though they have internal

  90. i this will not split votes, i thought the candidate needed to sell himself country wide. I for one doubt so much if my grand would know this person if i do not know him at all.

lets get serious with national matters please, i know its ones democratic right but” rushing into such business is suicidal, the other issue is has bo muliokela ever given the audience his manifeto?

control measures within their systems. However, ultimately the provisions of the law of the country must be met. If not, penalties should be meted out for any misconduct and non adherence of the law on whoever the culprit is. This has nothing to do with the perception of who is or not a real investor.

In other countries and I would like to believe that in Zambia as well, these specific portions of the law and acts (eg safety act) are always part of the contract to be signed, wether the undertaking is a private one or otherwise. As in mining contracts.

When you see poor safety adherence, the finger should point straight to the enforcement of these acts.

  92. anonymous, i feel zed should not plead for investors, thats why we end up with shrewd shaudy investors. what real development have most of these investors brought to zed?

  93. well spoken anonymous, now tell me, who has been enforcing these acts since these chinese “investors” came to zed? i guess there’s no need to debate this any further coz you’re contradicting yourself bwana

  95. The truth of the matter is that inspite of HH sending in the big guns from his party to campaign in Western Province, he came in last in the most recent contest in Western Province. Both UNIP and even PF beat his candidate hands down. If Western Province was his he would not have come last. So long as people like some of the bloggers choose to disregard the writing on the wall and just tell him that all is well, HH will again bite the dust in this election. After 30/10 I trust you will all have time for sober reflection and see things more clearly.

  96. From Post 25/09/08

  97. Hey fellow bloggers! I laugh when I hear serious comments about this muliokela man. If LT puts his picture here you will all burst into laughter. His party has been in existence even during the 2001 elections, but he is a funnier character than the late chama chakomboka.

  98. The single reason why people, companies do investments above everything else is to make profit. On the other hand Government is interested in Job creation and possibly skills and technology transfer. The laws of the country are there to protect the comon man including labourers against excesses of investors in this case.

Where an investor sees a loop hole in the system, he is bound to be tempted take advantage for an extra profit as in the case where safety standards are not enforced. That is a risk on thier part.

But you must realise that investors have alternatives, it is our Goovernment’s responsibillity to woe them. Everyone wants credible investors. But are conditions on the

  99. anonymous who do you support.you’re worse than sata, terribly inconsistent, an hour ago hh. sure you’re not posting comments from a mental institution?

  100. #151 CON’D

the ground ripe for credible investors? We are just begining to go that way and a disruption would be most retrogressive especially when you think that some of our would Presidents have openly promised to chase away investors the Zimbabwe way.

  101. Imagine SATA has openly stated that investors will be chased and I am sure he means it. Mugabe has done it and why ‘shouldn’t I do the same’. Mugabe was even going to grace SATA’s inauguration in 2006 if he was voted into power. Do you remember? It is no coicidence that SATA’s PF and Mugabes ZANU-(PF) have a common misplaced agenda.

  102. See where Mugabe’s PF has placed his country. Mugabe has a huge following. Why? Not enough good people where ready to take him down.

  103. Muziwile Bo mulyokela, you have more than a billion in hard cash but you still want your poor members to become more poor at your expense knowing not even your wife will vote for you.FUSEKE

  104. vote wisely just a tip,,,,

1.HH can work well with Felix Mutati=action, national developers

2.Sata can work well with Magande= talking too much.. war with negbouring countries?

3.Banda can work well with Vera Chiluba Tembo =Distrubution..no plan

4.Muliokela can work well with Chishimba=confusing the nation.

  105. The post Newspaper continues to write the fake staff in their paper because of the following reasons:
    1) Mmembe knows that most people have simple minds; he feels honestly if SATA can convince them then he can also do it. Majority dont analyse anything; all they say is “Oh, sure’. As long as something has been written to them it is true.
    2) He knows that if some few people with understanding can follow SATA just because of his comic talk, then they can also buy his paper even it is full of junk just for fun. Mmembe is learning a lot from SATA; he knows that public opinion is easy to shape even if you have nothing to offer because of the simplicity of the majority people’s minds.

  106. Vote for the MAN of the MOMENT HH, for a real ray of cahnge and hope that all Zambians can believe and trust in.
Sir HH has declared 38.8 billion ZK as his total money after an easy compilation of all his stuff. This is 57% increase in terms of his 2006 declaration of 23 -26 bili ZK for Sir HH.
PF (Poor Finisher) Hon. Sata has failed to tell us Zambians how much money he has except bla bla bla, some guns here, some share with STANCHART. Hon Sata does not even keep track of his money properly. We want a figure from Sata instead of doubts.
How can Sata lead Zambia if doesn’t know how to calculate his money due to undereducation?

  107. Hmm,pa Zed napenfye. Next time we will see a dog in a salaula suit, with a tie on going to file in nomination papers at the supreme court.Whenever a nation allows mediocrity to reign, such will the order of the day.So far we have seen someone in a speed bought, next time it will be another with 200 chickens at the supreme as his registered voters. Chinua Achebe calls this as ‘a disaster waiting to happen’.

  108. Indeed we would be very interested to learn how HH has made so much in such little time. Has he got a factory producing or is he just buying shares in existing companies? We could definitely like to know also how many other Zambians he has helped to achieve. Leadership is about sharing ideas in order for the whole indigenous Zambian business community to gang up and lead the country to prosperity. So, how many Zambians has he empowered?

  109. how come mr muliokela stays in a komboni in lusaka, walks on foot? he has no manifesto not eve a part headquatres. he has no phone not even a broochure. what would happen if he won?

  110. #175. HH sponsors a good number of UNZA students. HH also paid for the high cost UTH ward transfer fees for the two UNZA students who were shot by the Zambia Police and their treatment.HH took relief food to flood victims when we ahd rain season sometime in March much much earlier than DONOR-GRZ aid did go. HH has alot of Business partners. HH has helped in sponsoring traditional ceremonies. Lastly but not the least, HH wants to empower all Zambians regardless of race and tribe so that us all can be economically independent like he (HH) is. Vote the UPND’s HH for real cahnge and hope that all Zambians can believe in.

  111. Hey! Pipo this lozi chap is a chainama case. We shouldnot even waste our time on such lunatics like Muliokela. He resides in chilenje.

  112. Iye mayo….. please don’t vote for a person who cannot even think of decent name for his party. Ati poor peoples party, is their main objective to enrich themselves? And if he, the leader, claims to have as much money as he has declared, why should +/- US$5000 spark a serious fund raising campaign….. think zambians think!!!

  113. Let welcome this Alex Muliokela, so that he can join his friend Sata, I mean they are just the same, they are both jokers/comedian, maybe he may even be better coz he doesn’t insult.

  114. Leave the man alone, he has a lot before 26th september to organise 20,000!!!contributors to make it to 20m. or may be he will use his money and replace later. Gud lucky buddy

  115. I have now seen that non- and under-educated characters are now throwing insults on almost everyone who does not agree with undereducate Hon Sata and his PF in the language which is used for insults in Zambia and stealing. Let us all well-meaning Zambians condemn this satanic act of insulting people.
Insulting is very unproductive and dangerously to our Zambian community.
Strategy now, HH supporters. We need to reach those in the rural arears and compounds as soon as possible.
Vote the UPND’s HH for a real ray of change and hope that all Zambians can believe and trust in.
