The clergy in Chadiza District have been called upon to take an active role in distributing condoms among their members.
The call was made over the weekend by the Chadiza District Aids Task Force (DATF) during a condom distribution review meeting.
DATF Chairperson, Fabian Miselo, said pastors should break the tradition that the church cannot distribute condoms to its members as HIV and AIDS infection cuts across denomination boundaries.
Mr Miselo said Pastors should not be made to think that their members were not engaging in risky sexual activities.
He said it was incumbent upon Pastors to brainstorm on how best the church could distribute condoms to protect their weaker members who cannot abstain.
Mr Miselo, who was flanked by his Vice-chairperson, Belinda Lubasi, said churches should take advantage of structures within the church such as Couples’ Fellowships and other groupings to advance condom usage among church members.
But Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia (EFZ) Chadiza Branch representative, Brian Kayange, told the meeting that he could not guarantee the distribution of condoms in the church.
Pastor Kayange said the church would be seen to be contradicting itself by distributing condoms as its role was to preach faithfulness and morality.
And District Health Office Manager for Administration, Sylvester Nyirenda, felt that the church was considered a sacred place and it would be difficult to make it a distribution point for condoms.
He said the clergy should instead be encouraged to tell their members where to access condoms.
Meanwhile the Chadiza DATF has bemoaned the low levels of female condom usage in the district.
The DATF has now resolved to conduct sensitization programmes aimed at promoting female condom usage as well as breaking myths associated with the female condom.

No. A Christian is a child of God because he is born of God. The Lord made man and woman and for them to have and enjoy sex in marriage. Sex outside marriage is a sin. All sinners will go to hell. A child of God does not engage in fornication or adultery because he or she obeys, fears and respect God. This is the ONLY reason. It’s not about unwanted pregnacies or HIV or STDs. NO.
Yes there are some Christians who choose not to obey God. But it’s a choice they make and it has consequenses. You disobey God at your own peril. God made the earth. He made man and put him in the earth. So then the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and all who live in it. Whether you want to believe it or not, God made us all and he has the right to tell us how to live. Just Love God.

There are a lot of us Christians who refrained from casual s e x for many years before we married. We did it by choice becaue we love our Father God, and nothing is worth sacrificing the real and wonderful relationship we have with him. He is a very good God. very reall. Millions all over the world are saved and walk with God, talk to him and he talks with them. You will be out of your mind to throw all that for the sake of a 5 minute high. It is simply not worth it.
Condoms are used by many Christians as one of the means to plan their families. But for s e x outside marriage no. You will be out of your mind to turn your bank on a wonderful God just for momentary pleasure. People should understand that the church is a family of God, not a charity or religious organisation.
My encouragement to Chadiza Christians is tell those condom vendors that they have come to the wrong address. You are a very powerful people. Those condom sales representatives are in business. Tell them who you are. You are God’s people and they also would do well to choose God.
Lets be real sex is everywhere.

The pastor should then demonstrate in front of the congregation on how use the condom. after wards he should let the female choir members practice on his member in turns until they can do it perfectly in the dark. praise the lord!
The problem here is that people do not seem to understand why the church is exists. Asking the church to distribute condoms is just as good as asking the police to allow criminals to be stealing because if the dont steal, they will die of hunger.

Lets be seriuos, Give to ceasor what belongs to ceasor, and to God what belongs to God. Lets not bring deceptive and demon backed teaching of condoms in church. People in church are free to be educated on the way they want live but, let the church preach the gospel truth(bible). Not condoms, no. I ve compromised before in my life to which i ve been forgiven. Please the world has existed much longer than any mortal living today.Had it been for religious teachings against immorallity the world would have much worse tha it is today.We would be behaving like animals sexually.Having sex with any one including ones mother and sisters amd mothers in any law.Having sex with any one any where, any time for any reason.
The religious teachings have made the basis even for what we pretend to up hold principles of natural justice.

Please let’s have respect for God our creator by sticking to His teachings of good morals. This way we avoid infections and not promote immorality through churches to please donors.
