The New Generation Party has joined calls to have the Director of Public Prosecution Mutembo Nchito step down.Speaking at a press briefing at Court Yard Hotel, NGP president Humphrey Siulapwa stated that Mr.Mutembo Nchito and the state controlled Post Newspaper owner Fred Mmembe are criminals and have crippled hands of the Republican President Mr. Micheal Chilufya Sata.

Mr. Siulapwa said DPP Mutembo Nchito and Fred M’membe obtained money from Development Bank of Zambia dubiously or otherwise fraudulently which they channeled into the defunct Zambian Airways without any collateral to pay back the over K14 billion loan they owe the Development Bank of Zambia. It is a serious breach of law that must not be entertained by any well meaning citizen of this country, as such Nchito must willingly step aside to allow the law take its course against him and Mmembe.

He wondered what could have been said and written by the Post Newspaper if this crooked business of borrowing public money to inject into personal fake businesses was conducted by other individuals other that him Fred and Nchito.

As NGP, we demand that Mutembo Nchito steps down to allow transparency to prevail in this respected executive office Siulapwa said.Meanwhile Mr. Siulapwa has called on the constitutional technical committee to consider the inclusion of Barotse agreement submissions very critically. He said although the secession is not a good idea being demanded by certain sections of Western province, it is worth finding lasting solutions that must be enshrined in the Zambian constitution for future guidance.

  1. Even Siulapwa is able to see sense in the DBZ issue. Did he just call them criminals? So, Zambians know that these criminals are friends with the president. We are just short of calling him by his rightful name too.

More pop corns please as I enjoy these unfolding issues.

  2. These *****s especially M’membe will pay for their sins one day, just one day. This ***** has demonised innocent people who are otherwise very good people. He has painted some very evil people in white, portraying them to be saints. The fool made a complete 360• turn around & started praising the same people stated that they were insane just a few years ago. It is clear that he saw an opportunity to cover himself with political protection. He has deceived the Zambian people, leading them into believing in non existent things, taking advantage of the high level of illiteracy in the country. M’membe, you are an *****, Jackass! Very soon even the very Kaponyas you deceived will realise that you just took them for a ride & they will turn against you.

  3. Siulapwa and your fake, headless party you are another cheeky monkey chap. You were in the fore front supporting RB and the MMD,to my surprise this issue was never heard of.Honestly speaking, well meaning Zambians if this subject matter was and is of substance could these guys survived the ruthlesness of the MMD rule.We saw how Finance Bank and it’s own were treated at an express, tereffic speed how did the so called k14billion saga remain untouched.?Was Sata in power even that time? These are some of the questions we must start asking ourselves,or could it have been that they forgot about the issue and concentrated their energy on throwing mad at Sata?

    • the case has been in court since 2008. now that they have the president on there side the case can be squashed or so they thought.

  4. Iwe @ chi-Mushinka; even M’membe & Nchito have never denied the fact that they got the money. All they wanted was a Judge of their choice to preside over the matter so that they are let scot-free. Judge Wood was intelligent enough to see through their plan & excused himself from the matter. Imwe fi PF cadre, who only support a person because he is your bululu will lead this country into abject poverty. Leading a country requires some level of intellect.

    • So Judge Wood excused himself from taking the case? Now why are the membes and nchitos crying?

  5. Siulapwa, ebu opposition ubobwine imwe ni attacking friends blindly your fellow lunatics they are now tired could it be that it is because you have just come from hiding? Don’t confuse the president just organise your small kantemba party of yourself, wife and children.Ubuwelewele bwatampa this time around we are not going to be looking at such confused chaps like you and be given room. The tribunal will go on and the truth shall be known by all Zambians,if that so called saga is there we shall all know after that report. These are the types of president we want who can’t fear touching the box full of wasps in the name of CORRUPTION.Fellow Zambias open your eyes and see how the true corrupt people are trying to defend themselves.

  6. Iwe we mu welewele #5 Honda katwishi nga ni suzuki, kindly see sense in my articulation, first my question is does it mean that this issue has just become of importance now that Sata is presiden? Secondly, could it be that you are the only Jew who does not know that you judicially is CORRUPT and rotten, stinking.? Iyi bene ba pompwe abalecita enjoy that disgusting and ridiculous type of judiciary.Muli pa pub, criminal alemweba ne fyo bakumene na judge and how the case out will be as they discussed na judge and his fake lawyer.Tribunal ba Honda wesu has come to stay and the truth shall be known and it shall set people concerned free,,period. No one is and must be above the law.

  7. Some of these chaps who are talking about 14 billion kwacha today were quiet wen RB and George dance K200billion at a faked constitution making process. they claim to speak for people yet they are the Devils themselves. Shame on you

  8. I suspect PF are not payng their bribes to Siulapwa, just how can he sudenly talk sense, just how?

This chap is normally a puppet yapping propaganda stuff…what made him decide to just say the truth.

Coming to the subject, yes, we have known for a long time that Nchito and Mmembe are criminals who have been trying to use the PF to escape their indebtedness…nothing new there.

    • Yesterday night one dog started barking around 23 hrs. It was soon followed by two dogs. A third dog joined about an hour later. More dogs joined until by 3am the entire neighborhood stock of dogs were barking. None of the dogs knew why the first dog was barking, but they happily added voice in a language only dogs could understand.

Chimozi mozi na chikamba uyo Suilapwa. He has joined in the barking only because the entire neighborhood is doing the same, not because he understands what made the first dog start barking.

His barking is one pitch higher in that he actually calls Membe and Nchito criminals. I hope he has the evidence, because they will sue the pants off him. Watch this space.

  9. Ba GEORGE KUNDA please come back heee now even fools start shouting… GEORGE why did you die, we didn’t have all these nonsense… Now Mmembe and Mutomba Nchito are walking confidently with erections in public… Hooo Ba GEORGE KUNDA mwatusha ne fipuba fyeka fyeka.

    • The same criminals connived with UTH to have Kunda put on fake drugs till his death

  10. Sad situation pa Zed. We can’t blame any body else apart from Sata. Ba Tata’s thinking is shrinking with age!

  11. @Bukoko.
You put it in a funny way but it true. Siulapwa seems to have been left out of the list of chaps who are paid to spread the PF propaganda.

  12. Before you critics continue casting aspersions on Nchito and Mmembe, I want to ask you one question. If truly Nchito and Mmembe are guilty, what would have stopped Rupiah Bandah and the MMD government to cage them, because this happened during their reign. Why are we opting to convict these two when the state under RB and the MMD failed to prove the two had stolen the K14 billion! Would the vindictive government of MMD with the likes of Kunda as VP and Minister of Justice, the likes of Dora Siliya, Ronnie Shikapwasha to name but a few, have allowed them to go scot free. Lets be sincere. That’s why we want the tribunal to sit because only then will we know the truth. This happened under the MMD’s watch which did everything to ruin the two but failed. Why are we fishing in the air now?

    • Thats why we even have a court Case to talk about. RB made sure that this was taken to court (and I agree with him that that was the right thing to do) If this issue had started during Sata’s reign this would not even have come before the 3 judges in question. I hope this answers your question. Next Question please!!

  13. I forgive you all for you dont know what you are taking about. Meanwhile let the tribunal procede. Only the truth shall set you free… Not Siulapwa alipwa, no more ukulyamo.

    • No, Let not the tribunal proceed. First let Mmembe and Nchinto Pay 14 Biilion and then we can talk of cleansing the judiciary. Otherwise this is Sata’s corruption at its best.

  14. war on curruption my biggie matako! all these thieves are in bed together. THE DEVIL’S GREATEST TRICK WAS CONVINCING THE WORLD HE DIDNT EXIST! read in between the lines. Ordinary zambians continue to suffer where as the rich get richer. If it wasnt for AIDS most of these guys would be on FORBES as millionaires on the back of hard working Zambians. There is God’s justice in this world and they pay with their lives for their greed, those that rob the meek.

  15. Countrymen, NGP check and balance in this context is good. No need to comment and issue threats if you think NGP is “nothing”

  16. Imwe bamonko, it’s not like RB let them(M’membe & Nchito) go scot-free. The matter was taken to court & it only happened to end in Sata’s time. RB did not want to interfere with the courts.

  17. is mmembe and nchito refusing to pay the money or what? The judges have tio be probed nomatter . Imwe bamene mukana tizakuonani. The other case will be dealt with later.

  18. The judges to be probed by who? A personal friend of Ukwa from Malawi? Cant you u chaps that this all about leting free mmembe and nchito scot free. No justice can come out of the rotten tribunal. Thats playing into the criminals’ court. Judge Chisanga for President

  19. SILUAPWA IS RIGHT. THESE DAMN CRIMINALS MUST PAY BACK THE K14BN THEY OWE THE ZAMBIAN PEOPLE WITHOUT FAIL INSTEAD OF DIVERTING ATTENTION BY VICTIMISING THE JUDICIARY!!!!!!!!!!!

  20. I think Siulapwa has spoken sense for the first time! Nchito as a Public Officer has interest and should stepdown!

  21. “Meanwhile Mr. Siulapwa has called on the constitutional technical committee to consider the inclusion of Barotse agreement submissions very critically”.

Mr Siulapwa, just focus on the case of Mmembe and Nchito and not bring up issues you do not understand. The BA64 issue is beyond you and it is an old issue that was buried at Independence. Don’t exhume old issues!

However, if you want them to include BA64 in the draft constitution then they the should also include Kafue Province. Let us be fair and equal as a country.

  22. Am afraid this guy has a brain of a dolphin. I advice Mutembo to send his boys to go and grab this lunatic’s passport before suing the sh*t out of him, he mighty flee to his wife in States.

  23. I have followed Siulapwa and for the first time I cannot agree more with his views on this one. Fred and Nchito are criminals in plain english. Nchito not stepping down or being fired by HE MCS is equivalent to protecting thieves and also a corrupt practice. How can the president then qualify being allegic to corruption. Most likely it was a statement of deceipt as well.

  24. Actions speaks louder than words, HE MCS has started well in his leadership but on the 14BILLION Kwacha, He must be strong enough and clear himself if he is not corrupt by suspending the three judges because they went a head to enforce payment back of our money. Nchito should resign and not Chief Justice. PF is following cases which have no substance like that of Liato whose money is suspected to be proceeds of crime yet put a brind eye on 14 billion kwacha being stollen in broad day light by friends of HE Sata who is sheilding them. Why? Why?Why?

  25. UKWA is equally a criminal. The bible says, “can two walk together unless they are agreed.” Infact UKWA is a bigger criminal than Mmembe and Nchito. Him used to carry suitcases of money.

  26. Barotse royal establishement ……….pliz mwebantu let us forget about it its not the vital lets talk of some issue of developmental nature very different from BRE let be the thing of the past let it noteven be in the new constution other wise it wont end pliz technical commeette dont [put it their for the sake of unity and one zambia one nation.

  27. For Nchito and Mmembe, their time will come and they can be sure to end miserably in life – probably one of them may not even be strong enough to survive the stress when that time comes. If these two are criminals, they will one day meet their match a solid criminal with power who will be on the side of the people =- and they will be made to pay. I can see their miserable ending in life. It is a shame. They are just delaying their days in hell. Sata does not have many days on earth and in government; very soon somebody will come in and ask tough questions. Right now Nchito and Mmembe, what they are doing is tantamount to w.a.n.k.i.n.g.

  28. Lets be patriotic on this issue. The 14 billion case it was in court during RB’s era and now the judgement have been delivered and hence all this nonsense we being subjected. I fail to understand the reasoning of some of you guyz. Are you not following the current affairs? The guys have been found with a case now and they are not disputing the 14 billion. what they are trying to do now is to swerve from the real issue to the issue of judicial reform.

  29. There are lots of criminals in these mines too.
Imagine a foreign, white security manager having serious connections with state police. Untouchable is what we create in these people. Worse still, they will create jobs for their people who are just commoners. Whats going on with our immigration department? The other part is the ones handling immigration issues are bootlikers. Others are called managers when they do not even have any management experience. Check most foreign exparts and contractors in these mines. You will find expatriate corporals, grave diggers, unskilled whites and waiters. Work permit issue needs to be checked.

  30. Those that kill by the sword will be killed by the sword and this is exactly mmembe’s fate. He despised alot of pipo. He called them thieves. The earlier he clears the tag of being a criminal the better bcoz iam seeing him stuck to this tag forever

  31. #7 Honda, Judge Wood did not recuse himself but the case was taken off him because he was supposed to have recused himself and didn’t. That is the gist of the tribunal, the Supreme and High Court Judges who saw the “error” are now the victims of interested parties like Mmembe and the “Executive”.

  32. Zambia twasebana: we are resuscitating political corpses of the ilk of Siulapwa! Don’t we have real heroes in this country rather than such demagogues repeatedly nauseating us with their loony politics. Where are our vibrant and forwarding- looking political pundits to give Zambian politics meaning?

  33. Younger man, Mr. Suilapwa, please grow up, leadership is about serving the people not self. The young man seems to be obsessed with climbing the political ladder on other people’s backs. Do not take President Sata’s misula (forgiveness) of you for granted. Just yesterday you were insulting President Sata and his supporters ‘preying’ to ride President Banda’s back in an event of MMD success.. You and Chanda Chimba. Why did you take off to USA. Do you know what you stand for? Many Zambian politicians in MMD, PF, UPND and other no- name parties owe DBZ, Finance Bank and other institutions loads of money..Also, read the auditor general’s report. Your un-progressive attitude is holding Zambia backward.
