Mr. Andeleki has told Qfm news that MMD national secretary Major Richard Kachingwe has written an apology letter in an attempt to exclude himself from the litigation of libel.

The Chief registrar has since forgiven the MMD.

He has however charged that the main matter in the defamation case involving the Daily Nation has not yet been heard adding that for as long as the no apology letter has written by the private Newspaper, the case will continu

  1. He the lord jesus forgive us,now what about us?brother andeleki forgive and forget you are truly aman of God.And God bless you and your family.

  2. What about the outstanding fees? The MMD must pay the fees, they should not just be forgiven. In factbthey should pay interest on the fees.

  3. Andeleki must be a bit calm for a public servant. He talks too much including to the media. But hats off for him to forgive.

  4. You should not have forgiven them, because this does not clear your name, you name my brother will remain in the mud so please let them go through court in order to clear your name. This is a sick Party and needs to be taught a lesson.

  5. Has this apology changed Andaleki’s IQ?. He’s the same dimwit and dunderhead who feels can feed his family through public deceit and selective stupidity. Does he look at his carear beyond the current???

  6. This Andeleki vs MMD saga is becoming a joke. What a circus politics in Zambia has become. Why  a whole party can be pandering to a clerk is beyond me. No wonder people lost confidence and kicked you out of govt.

  7. While we have heard MMD being livid on how the PF govt is “determined” to obliterate their party and trying to instill fear in the people that democratic norms and principles are at risk under PF, they have not offered a word to the nation on how they plan to liquidate the millions they owe the Registrar of Society.
Don’t they understand that democracy and leadership comes with responsibility? When will they start being responsible?
Can you pay up the money now?

  8. Just who is Andeleki? We have had so many Chief Registrar of Societies that have come and gone unnoticed, but is this guy is always in the media. Who is he serving – political thugs or the Zambian people? I would wish that he behaves like a civil servant and conducts his business with integrity befitting of a public worker.

  9. MMD’s actions are responsible for their rapidly declining political fortunes. If they(MMD) are not careful they fast go in to oblivion.

  10. Which school did you attend you lot? It is kachingwe who has apologised to Andeleki not the mmd. And to prove how shallow the education system in Zambia is; on the basis of kachingwes personal apology to Andeleki the latter has seen it fit to forgive the mmd. An entity that has nothing to do with kachingwe’s “attempt to exclude himself from the matter”! Zambia is indeed a country of half literates. No wonder Sata is president.

  11. This ape promised to resign if MMD were not de-registered! What the heck has changed? The spineless moron has realized that his ill fated plans to de-register Zambia’s biggest opposition party were all in vain. God forbid something happens to KIng Cobra, all you clowns including Fred Mumembe will hang by the balls!!!

  12. READ THE STORY!!! The De-registration case still stands!!! This is in reference to HIS DEFAMATION BY THE DAILY NATION, which IS STILL IN PROCESS!! His forgiveness only applies to MMD & Kachingwe who were also sued in the aforesaid matter as co-defendants – thus this applies now to DE-LINK THEM FROM THIS DEFAMATION CASE!!

  13. Is it not true that you were posing as a qualified lawyer in one of the court rooms when in effect you were just a student?
