Zambia Nation Blood Transfusion Services (ZNBTS) Director Dr Joseph Mulenga says Zambia has been rated as one of the leading countries in blood safety.
Dr Mulenga said Zambia has made a lot of positive strides in improving the safety of blood products.
The Zambia Nation Blood Transfusion Services Director told Zambia News and Information Services (ZANIS) in an interview in Lusaka, today.
He said that Zambia has made frantic efforts in ensuring that the country meets the international standards on blood safety.
He recalled that in the past Zambia’s blood safety was worrisome noting that the association has worked to reverse the situation.

Imwe do not blame it on the doc, your journalists didn’t their work properly! They should have unformed the bloggers and reader how the doc reached that conclusion and answered the questions that you are asking.
