  1. Glad to hear this.I hope the students will learn something from this incident en think twice before throwing more stones again.

  2. Both the students and the administration should learn to resolve issues without resorting to violence. The administration, by its failure to address critical problems faced by students provoked the sitution. KK and his colleagues in UNIP abandoned peaceful campaigns when the Northern Rhodesia govt refused to listen to words of reason. Most admins in our colleges behave like that. Student unrest is rare where administrations are effective and proactive. Blocked toilets and dry taps are not acceptable anywhere esp 4 the ladies biological make up. No wonder they formed a majority of those arrested.

  3. Timely unblocking of toilets and/or replacing components; ensuring continuous flow of water and ensuring that cooks do their work-cook good meals and the Ministry of Education releases funding timely – just everyone does their work. By the way in well run boarding schools/colleges, members of staff including the CEO dine with students on many occasions. That is good mgt, good corporate governance. What happens in our colleges and universities is the complete opposite of good corporate governance. Institute of Directors of Zambia, where are you?

  4. Students stop been childish how can you burn the house that you live in! where are you goin to sleep the next day,,think twice before reacting
