Mwape rues Kabaso’s departure

Share

Head coach Bruce Mwape says his struggling FAZ Super League side Konkola Mine Police will miss defender Chongo Kabaso who joined TP Mazembe last week.

Mine Police begun life minus Kabaso on Wednesday with a heavy 5-0 defeat at Power Dynamos in Kitwe.

The Chipolopolo defender was last week reported to have signed a four-year deal at Mazembe.

In an interview, Mwape said Kabaso was a key member of the Mine Police squad.

“We will miss him, he was a key member of our team,” he said.

Meanwhile, the defender has been included in Zambia’s 26-member squad for the November 6 friendly against Jordan in Amman.

  1. Tp should have let him finish the league. Anyway congratulations to kabaso though tp not the best destination for me:

  2. Matumbi had already hurriedly paid and urgently wanted the product at TPM.Mine police had received a lot of cash and couldn’t ask for any more time fearing the sale may be aborted.Poverty is bad.

    • True, Poverty is Wickedness. That is why in some parts of the World they do not encourage making decisions on an empty stomach. It is usually biased as the decision maker would want to go and eat/get full.

  3. Does anyone know what’s going on with this Jordan friendly ? I read in another paper that Zambia has cancelled it already .

  4. We don’t want the Mailoni Brothers.Their complacent is very detrimental to the unite of the team. Let them become Congolese nationals they have already started applying cosmetics amafuta balyamba uku bukusa. If we can hold Brazil like that then we have a brighter future. My appeal to all soccer fans,Faz and government is to give the new coach time. It is easy to destroy but difficult to build.

  5. The so called transfer window. When does it apply. e.g. if it was a local team this transaction could it have been effected?

  6. ?4????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? “??????????????????????????????????????????????????”?????????2??????????????????????????????????????????????????????”??????????????????????????? “???????????????????????????????????????????????????????6???????????????????????????????2???????????????????????????????????…
