The opposition National Restoration Party (NAREP) has signed a social contract with the people of Katuba constituency to seek new methods of developing the area.
NAREP candidate in the forth coming Katuba Parliamentary by-elections Joseph Mushalika signed on behalf of NAREP and Chieftainess Mungule’s Induna Fames Luswanga signed on behalf of the people of Katuba while NAREP President Elias Chipimo Junior signed as witness.
Speaking during the signing of a social contract in Katuba yesterday, NAREP President Elias Chipimo Junior says this is the first time such a thing is happening in Zambia.
Mr. Chipimo explained that there is need for the people of Katuba to vote for someone who has entered into a social agreement with them.
Mr. Chipimo said there is need for the people to differentiate between political hooligans and genuine one.
He has since implored the people of Katuba to vote for Mr. Mushalika who understands their sufferings and is eager to develop the area.
Speaking at the same event, Chieftainess Mungule’s Induna Fames Luswanga said he does not take part in active politics but will accept any initiatives that are aimed at developing the people of Katuba.
He said one of the major challenges the people of Katuba are facing is the fact that the area still remains undeveloped and thus the need to have it developed.
And NAREP Candidate Joseph Mushalika said he is eager to work with the people of Katuba for as long as they agree to work closely with him to develop the area.

Why wait for By-Elections for your Party to sign such agreements. Elias!! You are Young but out of touch. I straggle to get your vision and what you can offer to Zambian people. Same old stories and you will change just like Sata. We need people who can serve Zambians with a passion than just enriching Yourselves. Give us your strategy / 5 year plan so that we know what you can do. don’t just talk big, with not realistic deliverables.

I am for HH although he hates Bembas.
There is nothing like Tongas hating Bembas or even Bembas hating Tongas. Only that Bembas are always afraid of Tongas ruling because there will be no free money growing on govt trees for them to harvest as is their custom. The tribalism is just a method Bem,bas use to demonise Tongas and continue ruiling Zambia with while they pluck govt money off trees freely. It is also only Bembas who have excelled through Michael Sata over Chiluba in practicing tribalism in the way they share the national cake. Tonga men like marrying Bemba women just like Bemba men like marrying Tonga women. It’s all political for financial reasons.
Stop being misled by the tribal trash from Mmembe. HH loves bembas and there are a number of bembas in the UPND executive so don’t be misled by doom mongers like Mmembe who are feeling the political heat from HH and are scared of being made to account for their sins against the Zambian people.
I also believe that tongas dont hate bembas just like bembas dont hate tongas. This is all political by Mmembe and PF politicians to stop HH from ruling. Us as Zambians on the ground, we live freely amongst ourselves from all other tribes. I have bemba, tonga, ngoni, nsenga, lozi, lunda and kaonde friends. There is no mention of tribes when we meet and party with my friends from other tribes as Zambians. The problem is with politicians.

Yes indeed Zambians have faced alot from politicians who claim that they can achieve something, and when they get into power they change. But I strongly feel something with NAREP and where Elias Chipimo can take the country. He has no ties to the OLD world and to me that makes him a NEW THOUGHT, A NEW WAY.

UPND with its leaders Hakaivotela Heka will die from depression in 2016 when they will finally be sent to retirement while PF will continue ruling. This ka bed bag thinks he can rule Zambia with his boot licking mentality.Ask him how may times he has disappointed his friends in the opposition to dine with Ukwa. HH was the first person to introduce social contract with community though i am non partisan.He thinks by talking too much people can be so dumb to put him at plot one,this ka guy can easily accept a position in governement given an opportunity.I had a chance to interact with him in Washington when he bought time to have a tour with Obama and from then on he thinks he is an int-erect to serve Zambia.He is very very slipery Kid and untrust worthy.No wonder he looks like an old man but he is young,by the time he is 50 he will be like Kk..
