  1. And this is the very reason that development eludes the African Continent. What was the point of inviting all these former and current Heads of State? Can you imagine the cost of security involved in this operation? And we can all guess who foot the bill for all this. Africans, we need to wake up and stop this craziness.

    • President Sata and the first lady look great.

      samba and koffi look alike

glamorous and plushy wedding. all the best to the newly weds.

    • Nice pics though.
The only problem is that this is happening in a country where there is poverty and total suffering among the Zimbabwean people. I visit Zimbabwe frequently as my beautiful wife is from there, so I know what goes on in that country.
Anyway these guys (politicians) have a share of their own glory already. “Blessed are the poor as they shall inherit the kingdom of God”.

    • Mr Sata made to Mugabe’s daught’s wedding but he coulnt attend his own son’s won! some peple are stenge!

    • If they had put Kofi Olomide and the bridegroom side by side and I was asked to point out the musician, I would have pointed the finger at the bridegroom.

But, the man is a pilot me hears. he should fly to Rio and join the carnival there.

    • How many people were invited when Prince William was getting married? Do you know how much it cost the UK tax payer? A wedding occurs only once so don’t give it as an excuse for Africa’s lack of development. Its just an event.

    • @Kuta the UK can afford that expense and also continue to supplement Zambia’s budget with ease…why do make such silly comparisons?

    • Mhhh… Ba Kaseba’s is showing way too much cleavage. Not for a First lady of an African /Christian nation. Kya mwandi…

    • Jealous down, Sata azimya. I didn’t know that Noah Sata can look so sharp.
All except that Simba, he is like Kasai, someone said he looks like Kofi, thats true, so styupid guy.

    • @ Kuta thanks! exactly what i was going to say. Most of these bloggers like to criticize even when it’s not necessary. Congrats Simba and Bona!

    • Showing you how to enjoy your taxes! At least I can live this kind of life here without stealing or killing to live it up. Enjoy old Ballies. The living know that they will one day die and the dead know nothing and their reward is no more here on earth. Mugabe, just make sure you write a will to donate most of your billions of dollars back to the Zimbabweans rather than let it rot in the swiss account. Do good for once before you kick the bucket. Sata and Mugabe look like brothers from different mothers and separated only at birth. I know Sata hero worships Mugabe. In short, Sata would have hero worshipped the Kaiser.

    • @Nostradamus
but your anutie`s chest is serious bussines,,, awe sure it makes a full grown man miss been breast fed and i see president Zuma getting very interested in her chest

    • First Lady exposing her cleavage in public, seriously wardrobe malfunction of the highest level.
Cover up those “bunches of grapes” before kids start salivating for feeding please.
Great smile regardless of the wardrobe malfunction of the Dr Kaseba. All we need is self respect especially of our elder women and mothers to cover up cleavages in public spheres’. Seriously look at pictures 4, 13,14,15,16,17 and 19, for a first lady, a mother exposing “grapes” like that is ridiculous enticement to other married men when cleavage is left for all to see.
Self respect is very important to our women, so don’t blame the pervets but the carelessness of elderly women like the first lady. Please, she should lead by example, otherwise our young women are learning nakedness.
      All the best…

  2. The groom is a singer? President Sata looks youthful, his wife just stunning, Bob and his wife look marvelous too!

    • Ine ndemona kwati bonse babili, Mugabe na Sata baile ku Salaula basala utwaiche. Tabale lingana nangu panono.

Congrats to the newly married. Nabalingana.

  3. Aren’t these the same morons that ran away when their own son was marrying few weeks ago. The man must be feeling bad. Influence of a step Mother

  4. Pics #8 and #19 looks like sata was tryin to avoid the Zuma and Masire. Pics #58, #60 and #61, the Kasai girl with tatooes has spoiled my taste. LT, why too many photos of this wedding when you are not giving us much from Zambia these days. numbala 1, i agree with your comment.

  5. Is this wedding in a third world country where people are still going to bed on empty stomachs? Sata, how come you found time to attend this wedding when you did not attend that of your own son, but went on a holiday?

    • Zuma does not play,be careful with boobs of yours Christina. You are too old and married to your shikulu ,no market for your size, too late mayo to be exposing yourself like that,it’s very un-African.Can alangizi please talk to this woman, lol.

    • Oooooh No our First Lady, Amabele Panse?? Even if bembas say Ukukota Kuifyaila (getting old is in your Mind) that was too much showing the Boobs. Overall nice pics and Congrats.

    • Her advisors are useless. Has she never heard of Camisoles…mafontini. last weak it was her husband exposing his chest. hmm kaya zikolo yamulungu ziko lino niyo vuta

  6. Powerful wedding ! I love it.Hope they won`t come issues of divorce in this marriage because it is a shame to have a wedding of this magnitude just to divorce at last.

    • there goes saulosi, the man lost out of his own century and wits. May the white God and his son, you call jesus or whatever bless you!!!! Ba saulosi, always too scared to stand on what you believe, your posts always repeat what the article is all about. is this what education is? repeating what you learn in the white mans institutions? shame!!!!!!!!!

  7. This was a GREAT occasion of relief & break for hardworking African Presidents but I fill it was less important that the assignments that are ignored by most of them.

I hope Bob didn’t just want to meet his friends and give then “un-becoming” tips.

  8. The first lady should learn to dress properly not show boobs like that, secondly she needs to control her smiling that is too much take her for some dental work very embarrassing.

  9. Our first lady is still dressing like a hule on the streets!! Let her know, one’s dressing must be in tune with one’s status in life. And who wants her old boobs any way?

  10. Our first lady’s dressing was a flop, our presido missed his son’s wedding and went to attend a friend’s daughter’s wedding uhhmm, maybe it was because of Koffi. With all the countries heads and former heads of states, i wish it was a strategic conference

  11. Leave boobs alone mwebantu! If she had a baby she would be breastfeeding in front of everybody!!
But, all this extravagance for what, when your own people are living in extreme poverty! Is this our African version of Prince William and Kate?

  12. The first lady is almost naked. The boobs are suppose to be for her husband. She is dressed like a prostitute

  13. How can you allow Koffi & group to dance like that in from of so many dignataries, sure, exposing those overused misanas? Shame on the Priests who presided over such a wedding! Abomination!

    • I see nothing wrong with Koffi, the Mugabes know his performance, that why they choose him among other musicians. If you are perturbed of his performance, I am sorry for you.. not for them.

  14. Why r u complaining about bana Kaseba when ba mwene ba Sata is not complaing… This dress passed all national security checks. It was certified for Zim outing.

    • …thatched hut…??…not at all….Its like you find a house equivalent to Pamodzi hotel in the middle of Misisi shanti compound…….that is in reference to the current status quo of what we are being told about Zimbabwean economy…….

  15. A great wedding it was, almost fairy tale. Forget about our petty politics, let’s congratulate comrade Mugabe for marrying off the daughter. Job well done Comrade! & congrats to Simba & Bona.
Some may argue why Mugabe invited all those big names. Well, that’s his level of interaction! If your friends are those found in taverns, bars, East Point, Town Centre, fb friends you’ve never met…….. & cadres, that’s your LEVEL! Don’t compare yourself to President Mugabe.
Out of interest, our YOUNG FIRST LADIES have really benefited from most of our OLD PRESIDENTS. Look around the region & beyond, the First Ladies had to kick out the first or second wives of these old men to take up their place. Gal power!

  16. Iye,in Zimbabwe for sure!!! No dollars in ATMs but there was everything, imagine how much the state spent!!.ba Sata used the presidential jet,am sure Mugabe did not buy the fuel.zambian tax payer’s money.

    • While I appreciate your concern about our situation in Zimbabwe, it is important to get the facts right. We do have cash in ATMs. We voted our President into power in 2013 elections and surely it costs very little to get on a bus and come visit Zimbabwe and see for your self what is goind on rather than speculate, you don’t even need a visa. Let’s not politicise a private occassion like this innocent girl’s weeding. Bona has a right to live her life like any other human being, are you trying to persecute her for her ‘father’s sins’? That’s not fair. Your first lady needs grooming lessons!!! By the way Grace Mugabe is only 42 years old and she keeps a slim figure not like her Zambian counterpart…….lol

    • hahaha let me laugh. How on earth can you stand on your two legs and bark such nonsense. There is Dollars and Pounds and rands in Zimbabwe. (Unlike Zambia). You can never compare to Zimbabwe I have been to Zambia and oh Boy I have never wanna go back home so quick like Usain Bolt LOL

  17. Ndiye chikwati ichi NOT tuma UKWATI TWACHABECHABE twamene mulinato, just divorce and emulate this man SIMBA has he got roots with SIMBA he looks alike, i will do the same when UKWA or RB answer the lords call to their wives kaseba and thandiwe respectively

  18. I meant SIMBAO above, yah typo errors are allowed more especially when we are seeing boob’s for the first lady, not the FLAT TIRES that many girls have in zambia

  19. Nice wedding. Picture 17, the President was’nt happy the way he looked the first lady.
And picture 19, President Sir Masire his eyes just went straight to the boob of the first lady and the big man the way he looked at him not content at all.

  20. Awe ba Sata looked lekker in that suit. I am mindful that Zambian tax payers money was inappropriately used for purposes of travel and upkeep especially that Sata had a large entourage; SAD!!!

  21. Varola! Let me tell u why the first ladies attire is inappropriate! Don’t expose your braa when u dress up. Kills ur atire off. & black for a braa chases men away that you shud know gal. Your braa being exposed is like this foolish teenager exposing her pant. When who know how to wear are those wth a white braa on. Then the first ladies nyt attire was ideal for a funeral gal & not a wedding reception of that grade. What fashion do you know…

  22. Yaba ba first lady is too raw for such things, her dressing, her smile, she needs training…hope she learnt from Grace…she looks the fontini part…!!

  23. So this is what the Zambian Head of State has been reduced to; a wedding chaperone. Can I book him for my daughter’s future wedding?

  24. I don’t need to see the presidents wife’s BOOB’S. Dignity please some one advise her. She’s a mother of the nation.

    • It is better to have a First Lady who provokes bloggers with her deep cleavage than one who provokes the nation with her impudent behavior. However, I agree that the sight is a bit too bold and unusual in our environment..

  25. What is also interesting is that Mugabe despite telling these Europeans off, he still practices there religion

    • It was done for selfish gain. Do you think if he did it with zimboz @.heartthings wud deteriorated to the current state?

  26. Ba Christine ibele panse zoona kwati teba muka kateka! I’m sure Zuma was just salivating for those boobs!

  27. It is unbelievable that some people think that the so-called first lady is appropriately dressed for the occasion with her huge boobs put on display. It is a disgrace. This is the same woman who has been lecturing teenage girls to guard against promiscuity.
What is the difference between that dressing and that of the ‘dancing queens’ in red?

  28. Pic #1,
Mr Sata must make an effort to appreciate and smile at young children not looking like a scarecrow.

  29. The Viagra tablet prescription I gave Chilufya is not working, he still can’t fully entertain Christine in plot 1. She is at the highest peak of her womanhood she needs a stalion not a chain smoking old dieing horse.

  30. Nice wedding and good looking pictures, Mugabe and Sata looked great. I only question the logic of hosting a million dollar wedding by the head of sate in country where majority people live under a dollar a day, and two weeks ago Mugabe threw another $1 million dollars party for his 90th Birthday. wonder what Zimbabweans are thinking about uncle BOB.

  31. That opulence, in the midst of a ravaged poverty stricken country, reminds me of pictures of the avaricious rulers in the Roman empire. They would sprawl on Persian rugs, wolfing down rich foods and the finest wines while listening to the murmurs of their half-naked purchased concubines lying nearby.

  32. Our First lady’s dress is showing her boobs.I never saw boobs for Vera,Moreen & Tandiwe,I start with Madame Kaseba’s who is old enough to be my mother.

    Shame.

  33. Lusakatimes…..number of views on Bona Mugabe and Simba Chikore wedding pictures are the highest ever in the history of LT.

  34. I see several captions reading as follows: “South Africa’s rich tycoon Patrice Motsepe shaking hands with President Sata while the first lady Dr Kaseba looks on” I don’t know whether this is just poor comprehension of the English language or the author actually meant to write that. LT, please! What is a “rich tycoon”? Is there a “poor tycoon”? hidden somehere in your past English lessons that your reporters failed to attend in their primary school? Pathetic!

  35. I am disappointed with the First Lady, so it is true that Education does nothing to a human being just helps them get a good job. She needs wisdom, these outfits she is wearing exposing her boobs are not to be worn by a first lady even the European and American ones dress far more descent than her. Please tone down your excitement of Free clothes.

  36. I dont agree with bloggers who insinuate that Zimbabwe is realing under abject poverty. infact the country is thriving far much better than what you read in most tabloids. the wedding was a mega dollar event . fine but thats besides other issues. thank you

  37. Am quite moved wit pple who stil thinks zim is under poverty as westerners want it to be but hosting a wedding is never cheap so hold your horses haters . She is the part of first family so she is suppose to have a memorable event , we Zimbabweans we have gone thru a lot of criticism but wen we travel the world we stil find we r better off than said in the western media so weneva an event is hosted in zim there goes the same song sang by the colonisers and those who benefited out of the smith regime , butt lickin time faded a decade ago let us enjoy our fruits , a Mandela funeral had to attract over 50 delegates from all over the world wats shocking wen just under 5 presidents from neighboring countries come and join hands to congratulate our first family wedding shame on u…
