Shepolopolo seek World Cup redemption

Shepolopolo tomorrow morning face Group A leaders Venezuela at the ongoing 2014 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Costa Rica seeking to revive their dreams of qualifying to the quarterfinals.

Italy reduced Shepolopolo’s plans of a dream 2014 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup debut in Costa Rica after beating the Zambians 2-0 on Sunday morning in a Group A opener in San Jose.

Venezuela top Group A after thumping hosts Costa Rica 3-0 in the opener while Shepolopolo are third in Group A on zero points, Italy are second.

Zambia coach Albert Kachinga has predicted a tough encounter against Venezuela.

“We expect a tough and competitive match, but we just need to plan
well,” Kachinga told journalists.

Zambia’s last Group A match is against Costa Rica on 22 March.

    There is no Zambian happy & enjoying in the world. Even Nsuzu might be enjoying his form because he has Congolese roots (his father) and he just came from TP Mazembe. Congo is even producing more Copper sure.
    If I was HH, I would being in Costa Rica cheering the Under 17, than going to meet those Nyaus, Stella Libongani would have followed him there, and for sure the girls could have won the tournament to see those 2 hand-in-hand.
