Zambia wrapped up their three-day training camp with a win over FAZ Division One South side K-Stars on Wednesday afternoon.
Patrice Beaumelle’s side beat K Stars 4-0 at Barclays Sports Complex in Lusaka.
Nkana striker Evans Kangwa and Zanaco forward Moses Phiri gave Zambia 2-0 leading into the break.
Zambia Under-20 stars Shadrick Chamanya of Nchanga Rangers and Patrick Ngoma of Red Arrows added a goal each after the break.
“It was a good game, as usually K Stars has good boys,” Beaumelle said.
“I am very happy with the discipline, the commitment, the quality of the squad.”
Meanwhile, the home-based team regroups at the end of April for the fourth training camp this year for the domestic players.

This is an opportunity to roast Kalusha Bwalya and expose his corruption and lack of judgement on his part and the entire Jelly FAZ executive. No wonder Simaata Simaata is critical of Kalusha. The entire FAZ doesn’t even know whether they are coming or going, acting like headless chickens. Kweto Tembwe, what are you gona tell the nation about this farce of Zambia being in camp playing hide and seek with Kalusha Bwalya. Next time big teams don’t release the players to go and have a laugh promoting Kalusha brand. FAZ is full of Dunderheads.

Training with lower level opposition can give you a false sense of well-being. I hope you will not read too much into the goal scoring abilities of the team after playing such a mediocre team. I also hope that the relevant authorities have made arrangements for the team to play against more credible opponents. Lack of proper strikers has been the biggest problem with the Chipolopolo for some time now.
Come on! How can the national team be playing against a 1st division team! Its pathetic! But anyways I think I know why, this K Stars team is owned by Kalusha Bwalya! Someone needs to investigate whether teams get paid to play friend lies against the National team and how this selection was done. This is the reason people like Simata are banned for life because this is the nonsense they don’t tolerate.
And you wonder why he always camped the senior team in RSA….if he has the audacity to do at this level one can only imagine what is going at senior level.
This is the abuse of authority I will always talk about by these corrupt empty suits. Here is a FAZ president organising friendlies for the national team with his own club…in return he is giving his team first choice practice against quality opposition and depriving the national team quality international opposition.

How on earth can a serious National soccer team sink so low to go and play with finmbobwa boys? This is the reason Zambia has been performing so erratic since the lifting of the Africa Cup. Instead of playing big boys like England, Italy, Brazil, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Egypt…. you opt for Kalusha-Stars. Pure lunacy on the part of FAZ and the government as a whole who sponsor the national team for allowing Kalusha Bwalya to abuse his authority by promoting the club he owns. What is wrong with Zambians kanshi? The entire FAZ didn’t even object to Zambia playing Finmbombwa boys and you win 400- zero and the coach says yes we’re ready for battle, clowns. What has happened to Nkana, Power Dynamos, Nchanga Rangers, Zanaco even Lusaka Tigers for them to settle for so-called K-Stars?

The problem is not really picking on K stars but rather picking on a 1st division team to play a friendly when there are other bigger teams which would be better placed to give the national team a good run for there mulla. But again, it was a training session

That is a try out, practice match and possibly team building for the future national team. Practice matches does not mean playing with England, Egypt, Nigeria whatever whatever.. NO. People must not just condemn because they want to vomit anything. The problem with this site is full of bloggers who know nothing even on the villages where their parents originate. Assembling local players for training is excellent strategy to keep them together and assess the best players for national team. Can you tell me the best leadership that has done better than Kalusha? Today not only premier teams who get yearly allowances from FAZ but even lower teams get those allowances,a thing that was not there before. Also,FAZ has generated more money than any Faz executives in the past. The best of all,they WON us AFCON 2012. Its only a ”FUU” who appreciate the efforts others put in. Kalusha can make mistakes but lets not call him to be the worst human being as if we ourselves are pure and saints.JAY JAY stop hating people for nothing.
What yardstick do you use to rate your god…how many FAZ administrations have received the selfsame support your god is receiving? And FYI these are mistakes it is corruption and abuse of of authority if that can not sink in then you please just continuing blindly worshiping your god.
