Zambia kickoff 2015 AFCON at home

Zambia will kick-off its Morocco 2015 Africa Cup Group F qualifiers at home on September 6 when they host the yet to be decided fourth side.

Patrice Beaumelle’s side will know their opponents after the outcome of the knockout round ties involving Tanzania versus Zimbabwe/Mozambique versus South Sudan that kick-off next month.

Zambia will after match-day-one make their first visit to Cape Verde on September 10 before making another debut stop in Niger on October 11.

Chipolopolo will host Niger on October 15 and later travel to face the fourth side in their penultimate game on November 15 before closing their Group F campaign on November 19 at home against Cape Verde.

The top two sides will qualify for the Africa Cup finals to be hosted by Morocco from January 17 to February 8, 2015.

  1. Good, bring them on we sluaghter and conquer them.
FAZ make sure the venue remains LPM in Ndola

  2. The teams on paper look good and favouring Zambia to qualify, but as always,we will soon mess up and get back to our well known permutations or mathematics if you like.I wish a university can award Zambia as a country with a PHD in football mess up calculations. This is not to be negative but i only want to be realistic with my poor Zambia.Very soon we will be hearing things like if Niger can lose in South Sudan and Zimbabwe draw in Cape Verde, then we will top the group…..hahahaha……my poor Zambia.Learn to win games at home and no draws and learn to draw away games and win some away games.Good teams win some away games. You know very well that in South Sudan its hot, go and camp in maamba or Gweembe or Luangwa valley were it is hot. Not saying we will go and aclimatise in 2two days.

    • other permutations will include things like…” if Niger can lose by 4 goals to south sudan then we beat them by 4 – 0, then we qualify”

  3. Zambia must win all home matches and either win or draw away games.pliz no calculators this time.Chipolopolo for life.
