Ndhlovu:2014 season at Power was my best

Share

Striker Jimmy Ndhlovu has described his just-ended season at Power Dynamos as his best in his career.

Ndhlovu did not disappoint on his twelve month loan stay at Power this year from archrivals Nkana.

The ex-Zambia Under-17 captain ended the season as Power’s top scorer on 14 goals, one behind the overall 2014 FAZ super division golden boot winner and Zesco united striker Jackson Mwanza.

“It was splendid. Actually it was my best season so far,” Ndhlovu said.

“I have enjoyed myself at Power working with the coaches and the fans.Everything was just perfect.”

Ndhlovu added that he will make a decision on his future soon considering that Power will be playing in the 2015 CAF confederation Cup.

However, Ndhlovu lamented missing the final game of the season last Saturday at home that saw power beat Nakambala Leopards 1-0 to clinch the FAZ Super Division runner-up spot.

“With my hamstring injury, I wish I could have played maybe I would have scored a goal or two but anyway Gods time is the best,” Ndlovu said.

  2. If I was given an opportunity to give counsel, I would advise Jimmy Ndhlovu to stay at Power Dynamos. Its not because I am a Dynamos fan. I believe another season at Arthur Davies stadium will brighten his prospects to play for Chipolopolo or break into professional football. That is how I see things.
