   • That turnout is low if you take into consideration the poulation of Solwezi. In any case there is nothing for North- Western Province in PF. North-Western Province will be well advised to vote for UPND. At least HH like Mwanawasa will listen and attend to the plight of that province. 16. Animated and vibrant crowd. Clearly PF was engaging them in a meaningful way. It would have been ridiculous to give up thus campaign to do the Muvi debate.

    It’s very clear after the debate, people still supported their original party no matter whom they heard had been the best debater. Nawakwi might only get a few more voters, those that were sitting on the fence.

    I have not heard one UPND Cadre decide that they will cross over to the best debater. They have doggedly, maintained support for HH even though he has been found to be wanting and not a strong intelligent debater as was being suggested by UPND Cadres.

    The conclusion from this strongly suggests that for Zambians, our culture (tribal) influence is unfortunately the biggest deciding factor in our loyalties.
