Zesco United on Sunday starts their 2015 CAF Champions League campaign with a seemingly tricky away preliminary round, first leg match against Mbabane Swallows in Swaziland.

Of late Zambian teams have been struggling to negotiate their way past Swazi clubs in continental competitions.

Therefore this match against Swallows will test Zesco’s potential go progress further in the Champions League.

However, Zesco coach George Lwandamina is seeking an away win at Somhololo Stadium in Manzini.

“We are going into the game with a mentality to win,” he said.

This is the fourth time Zesco are taking part in the African Champions League.

“We are prepared and have a mission to go through to the next round,” Lwandamina said.

Meanwhile, Zesco’s Kenyan defender David Odhiambo has been ruled of this match due to the injury he sustained in training just after arriving in Swaziland.
