5. You mean chiefs are still strong in Zambia to make a president kneel down? Do they use traditional powers or the constitution to rule? Here in Kenya they were dealt a blow by the new constitution which scrapped the whole chain of provinces, districts, divisions, locations, sub-locations and that whole line up of British colonial adminstration. We simplified it from national level direct to the county(grassroot). This colonial chain is too costly to maintain financially and no longer relevant in modern africa. Modernize your country and plan your new laws. I was suprised to learn that you must apply for a PEACEFUL demo permit. Resist Margaret Thatcher rules and govern yourselves. We are in the 21st century guys. Anyway, its my opinion and I do not wish to be misquoted as provocative.

11. Look at what poverty has done to us, I have never seen a British prime minister, American president or any developed country leader doing this type of thing because its a duty of every government to provide such.
    Everything is Political in Africa, even the basic needs are politicized, Why, the all presidency going to open a hospital just to score some points.
    A government is there to provide such facilities to its people with or without politics.
