  1. You mean they were not married? So Banda Dalitso should take responsibility of the children. Do Not leave the funeral house without the 2 children!

    • President Banda? Come to think of it, Lusaka Times is right since Rupiah, not Chagwa, is effectively in charge.

    • @Mambala, what is your problem? How does President get into Rupiah Banda’s family funeral. Some bloggers nangu bupuba teifi. Ubutuutu and shallow thinking awe mwe!

  2. i feel sad on tt two belivment on the same home, nefilamba fyatengelela, bt Granny to ms pakati jst look up to God for comfort cos losing a daughter and granny dota at the same time its nt an easy thing

  3. Death you are cruel , how do you take the Mother and the grandmother at the same time. How can our eyes stop dropping tears like this .Rest in Peace dear Mothers.

  4. Journalism in Zambia is a thankless job, the only way to survive and further your career in Zambia is by becoming a bootlicker like how Chanda Chimba was or a concubine for a cabinet minister.

  5. So Banda is the President !! My foot. I know him as former thieving President but appears Lungu has surely sold us!!

    • Banda is the puppet master for the lazy coward in State House, he bankrolled and fund-raised for presidential campaign!!

    • Imwe naimwe twaleni ubututu uko……tamwaishiba ati once president always president. We do not even have to put former before the presidency title.Ukutumpa?

  6. Hey kim ignorance is expensive so don’t display it anyhow. World over it is customary including in the USA to address former Presidents just as President.
Now let us not trivialise funerals. Let us mourn the Priscilla with dignity if we cared about her.
    MHSRIP.

  7. Some things should not just happen….this is just too much for the family.May God be with the Phakati family at this very tough time.
