  1. I see this as witch-hunt. RB is getting back at his incarceraters now that things have turned over its head with the demise of SATA. Dora and all the wrong-doers are now on the driving seat. Where and when is all this going to end? Is this what is called politics or is this dirty politics. Mmembe is also being fixed in a ‘parallel coincidence’.

  2. As a woodwink open university students are being appointed to civil service positions a tactic that can split families knowing that the step-mother is in the UPND circles. Are these chaps for real. SATA the owner of PF did not follow this course. Mr PF driver careful you might crash!

  3. Both Mmembe cartel and RB cartel are rotten to the core. The major victim here is PF losing its identity. There is no longer PF but a hybrid PF cloned by MMD and dirty UPND MPs. Zambia a country that is continually being ruined by politicians of all hues

  4. The tribunal erred. The law of natural justice requires that fairness in all spheres of the law.we play that the lordship in this tribunal ll just do that because how can an employee be dragged to court without being charged. This is hatred at play which must not being encouraged by any govt. Zambia a christian nation .abash personal witch_hunt

  5. Mmembe will settle for nothing less than control of State House and foolish Zambians are left to suffer. The only thing they can hold onto is the news the comes out of this fighting, so let’s have the dirty linen guys.

  6. Who is a wrong doing between Fred Mmembe and Dora Siliya? Its Fred Mmembe because he was found with a fraudulent case to answer with Mutembo Nchito in the manner they got the DBZ loan. Fred Mmembe and Mutembo Nchito presented wrong information to the Bank. Fred Mmembe is also refusing to pay back tax payer’s money? Fred Mmembe and Mutembo Nchito were persecuting RB because he refused to cancel the DBZ loan. And please RB is not the one running government let Mmembe and Mutembo face the law

    • Mubanga @7. I know it is hard, but try to reason and be a bit logical. Firstly, is the DBZ loan part of the tribunal? I thought there is an ongoing case in the High Court? It seems the DBZ loan is the only dirt you have on these guys, while RB is accused of stealing US$25million? Secondly, what happened to the K2 Billion Dora’s son had in his account? Where did it come from? Thirdly, this tribunal is out to “fix” Mutembo. Is that justice? Brebner has said he did not write the letter to the President. It was eritten by Abraham Mwansa the SG. Is that justice? The tribunal keeps postponing becoz they are failing to agree on just the preliminary issues! I can see trouble coming. EL will not escape the fallout. He is using his position to “fix” his enemies!

  7. Why not give reasons for your actions? Is this accountability knowing the tribunal is being paid using our money? I Heard of a new nolle prosequi on Muvi news last night by over PF cadres who attacked and robbed a UPND cadre of his phone. Is it true?
