  1. Forward with the Nation! Remember, no more corruption and thieving of public funds. Every minister, PS, Director and their deputies must be held accountable for ependiture they approve. Nosense!

  2. All the three bills are long overdue for a country that has been independent for fifty years. However, the mess and confusion at Zambian borders will take more than a bill to straighten. Last year I drove through the Kazungula border, my family and I regretted! We thought the Botswana border official was joking when he told us that things were disorganised on the Zambian side. The confusion and harassment started on the ferry with some riff-raff posing as insurance agents, money changers, ferry officials, etc. Meanwhile the so called police just stoodby watching and smiling like buffoons. The mother of all confusions set in at the border itself where I had to move from office to office paying the Kazungula levy, pontoon fee, RTSA fee in US dollars, Carbon levy, etc. Zambia, Eish!
