The ruling Patriotic Front has appointed announced the appointment of 13 people to the party’s central committee. In a statement made available to the media and signed by the part’s secretary general, Mr Davies Chama, the new appointments includes notable figures like Joyce Nonde Simukoko, Siyamujaye Madyenkuku, Richard Kapita, Father Frank Bwalya and others

NOMINATIONS TO PF CENTRAL COMMITTEE

I wish to inform the PF membership and general public that the following persons were unanimously nominated as Members of the PF Central Committee (MCCs) during the Front (PF) Central Committee Meeting held on 10th October 2015, in Lusaka, Zambia:

1. Hon. Given Lubinda, MP
2. Mr. Charles Banda
3. Mr. Paul Moonga
4. Mr. Siyamujaye Madyenkuku
5. Hon. Margaret Mwanakatwe. MP
6. Mrs. Joyce Nonde Simukoko
7. Mr. Richard Kapita
8. Hon. Stephen Kampyongo, MP
9. Hon. Alexander Bwalya Chikwanda, MP
10. Hon. Prof, Nkandu Luo, MP
11. Hon. Dora Siliya, MP

I therefore ask that they will receive the support of all our members and structures as we continue to present PF as the only Party of Choice for all Zambians.

Sata must be turning and crying in his grave. Soon that concrete covering the grave will split open at the way Lungu is killing the party. I wonder if Sata’s family are smiling at such news considering that they know who fought alongside him to make PF what it is today. If Lungu had some decency still left in him he would have allowed Christine Kaseba or Mulenga Sata to have a voice in the PF, better still ,a seat on the central committee would have made sense. Now he allows the same suspects or would be prisoners, Sata was trying to lock up to lead the party. If the opposition don`t win the elections next year then something is seriously wrong with Zambians and I think more prayers are needed. Perhaps the POP himself should come and pour anointed water on Lungu before that grave splits…

  I wonder whether when ECL appealed to the public that there are so many intelligent people out there and that if anyone has better ideas, let such come and advise the govt, yet the party in govt is led by failures. How will it work?

  Baba Kuku – This is not Sata’s party. It is the ruling party for Zambia. The sitting president and team can put together what is the winning team in their eyes, and this is what they are doing. If they lose next year, then the plans have failed. Talk about inclusiveness and not about the late president and PF – that is over.
