PF leadership in Lusaka has called on Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa to leave the party instead of causing confusion within the structures.
PF Lusaka Province Chairperson Horrance Longwe has said that claims by Mr Sampa that when he leaves the PF, he will leave with the membership in Matero are unfounded.
Mr Longwe said that the people that are being used by Mr Sampa in the media are not part of the PF leadership in Matero constituency.
And PF Lusaka Youth Chairperson Kennedy Kamba has asked Mr Sampa to clearly state where he belongs.
Mr Kamba said Mr Sampa is not working with the party structures in Matero.
The two said this in a walk in interview at ZNBC studios in Lusaka today.
Efforts to get a comment from Mr Sampa proved futile as his mobile phone went unanswered.
And The PF Leadership on the Copperbelt has accused its Mpongwe Member of Parliament Gabriel Namulambe of working in isolation.
PF Copperbelt Chairperson Teven Kainga has accused the Mpongwe lawmaker of distancing himself from party activities.
Mr. Kainga made the allegations at a PF meeting in Mpongwe today.
The meeting was addressed by the PF National Elections Chairperson Jean Kapata.
But Mr. Namulambe has told ZNBC news in a separate interview that some PF members on the Copperbelt have been demanding money and animals from him.
Mr. Namulambe said it actually some PF district leaders in Mpongwe who have isolated him because he has refused to succumb to their corrupt schemes.

For some Mpongwe PF leaders to demand money and corruption from their political leader is the sign of how deep corruption is rooted in PF. For the confusion within the PF ranks is another usual happening in a party which is not built on order. PF’s fall will be major and it will echo all corners of the country.

Many of us PF MPs are just waiting for parliament to be dissolved and then we jump out of the sinking boat. If UPND accepts us, we join and this time we serve the masses as we have just been preoccupied with filling our pockets since 2011. If HH allows chewing, which I doubt very much as he is a very disciplined chap, we chew with him. If he pursues us, we run away to RSA, England, etc. where we have bought properties that are just sitting idle waiting for us. We will only come back in 2026 when HH is out of power.
Sampa is miles away from making a political decision on which way to go. As things stand now, he may be pushed to jump. His matero seat is now a slippery slope or amatelo.
Its to Miles Sampa’s disadvantage as indecisiveness only makes him untrustworthy among constituents and reduces his appeal! He must quickly get his act together and the sooner he bites the bullet the better for him! Those who have herded cattle understand importance of decisiveness and quick action observed when bulls size each other it does not take long for them to lock horns! And the battle is frontal!

Hope for ascension by VP under the current amended constitution is only feasible when a president is either sickly and old or both!

@Pungwa, so if there is steak in PF as you put it, why is Monde and Siamunene still stuck to UPND seats? If the people of southern province have asked the government for help to alleviate the hunger due to drought, it is because southern province is very much part of Zambia and the government has a duty to the aid of its citizens in such circumstances. The southerners also pay tax to the government and not to HH. God gave you a head to think, please use it.
