Former Commerce Deputy Minister Miles Sampa has described the President Edgar Lungu-led administration as a total failure.
Mr. Sampa has observed that President Lungu who promised Zambians a better Zambia has rather plunged them into what he has termed as shackles of poverty.
He has recalled that, for example, upon assuming office President Lungu promised to create jobs for the youths and build more schools, but that this promise has instead allegedly turned out to be a hoax.
And Mr. Sampa has vowed to unseat the ruling party from power.
He believes that the opposition UPND is the only political party in Zambia that can salvage Zambia from economic collapse.
Mr. Sampa has since called on Zambians to vote massively for the alliance that has been formed by the opposition UPND in the August 11th general elections.
He says confident that the partnership that he has entered into with the UPND will yield he intended results.

Miles’ integrity is steadily losing its leaves. All day he shamelessly spits on the spirit of collective responsibility by washing his hands of programs he helped author. We all remember that deputy ministers were also allowed to be part to boardroom meetings/decisions in the pf govt, only in pf. So if pf has failed as per Mailess, then he too has failed and deserves no sympathy.
