    • Vote buying! That’s why Lungu needs his useless Cabinet to continue ruining the economy. These thieves have no qualms about bribing the electorate.

    • The electorate are advised to gladly take this money. It is your money; it is not PF’s. Take the money but vote wisely! Do a “donchi kuBemba” on these thieves.

    • Its all about vote buying, I have never seen a shameless and annoying regime like the PF! UPND, please don’t be too slow, when are you dragging PF to court over them ministers staying in office illegally?
Time to act is now. HH,you are also sometimes too quiet for our liking, can you warn Kabwili and team that should the courts rule in favour of the opposition and LAZ, all those ministers who have stayed in office beyond parliament dissolution date , even by single day will go to jail should UPND win.
Lastly but not the least, can the people of Luanshya do Zambia a big favour by voting out this small dictator hippo called Kabwili, his pomposity and dictatorial tendencies is getting out of hand-him and his PF minions do not own Zambia!!

  1. Such poor timing Vincent and PF. What do you think the opposition and the masses will make of this? How do you disburse such money at a time like this? Where has it been all this time? I am personally disappointed by this type of thinking. This is why people have expressed an outcry about ministers working during the campaign period. As a party in power you should to know better. Is this the money you now want to distribute to marketeers? You are sending wrong signals Vincent. Let us be serious.

    • Vincent such moves can cost you an entire general election. People of Zambia are much smarter than during the years of Chiluba and his MMD cronies. Mind you, that money will be received gladly. And the vote will still be a secret. RB tried these moves before and he failed. This is not the time for such pathetic tactics. PF has a massive record of achievement to show for the last 5 years. This move is unnecessary and detrimental to our development. You won’t even be able to account for this money. Vincent you are too young to go to prison. Let us be serious in our planning. As PF we have already won but now you are taking away votes and not gaining.

    • NOW YOU MAKE SOME SENSE KUDOS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YOUR LIFE. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT DEVELOPING ZAMBIA IS A MUST BY ANYONE THAT OCCUPIES THE OFFICE TO SERVE THE ZAMBIANS. THEREFORE, IT MUST BE DONE GENUINELY TO BETTER THE ZAMBIAN PEOPLE’S LIVES NOT FOR POLITICAL EXPEDIENCY. WHAT I WANT IS MR.XYZ IN GEORGE COMPOUND TO BE ABLE TO RAISE A FAMILY AND HIS CHILDREN TO HAVE THE SAME LEVEL OF OPPORTUNITY AS RUPIAH BAND’S SON IN SUCCEEDING AND BECOMING ZAMBIA’S NEXT DANGOATE. WE NEED TO REALLY EMPOWER OUR PEOPLE. EVEN YOU KUDOS, I WANT YOU TO A SUCCESS SUCH THAT OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES START LOOKING AT US INSTEAD OF DOWN ON US LIKE NOW BECAUSE OF AN INCOMPETENT PRESIDENT THAT CANNOT CREATE THAT GOOD ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT FOR YOU AND ME.

  2. Where are the 500,000 jobs?the whole country was told during a live show at mulungushi int.conf
centre.we the youth won’t vote for liars.

  3. Though the line is thin we can still see the difference between govt and PF. Should the govt stop working because of the opposition? May be the govt should also stop paying workers salaries and buying drugs until elections. What is it that the Govt has done which the opposition has said well done? Let HH also tell us where we can find money for privatization we shall not call it a political campaign gimmick but a move in a positive direction because we desperately need this money especially this time when the govt has a lot of projects.

    • VERY DUMB STATEMENT BY YOU MAGOYE. CABINET HAS ALWAYS BEEN DISSOLVED SO THIS IS NOT THE FIRST IT WOULD BE DISSOLVED. TELL HOW HAS THE COUNTRY RUN WITHOUT MINSTERS IN THE 1990, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2008, 2011 ELECTION WITHOUT HAVING ANY ISSUES. THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE PS’S AND OTHER OFFICIALS THAT CONTINUE UNTIL THE NEXT GOVERNMENT IS USHERED INTO OFFICE. PLEASE HAS SOME INTELLIGENT CONTRIBUTIONS BEFORE BLOGGING. PURE PF CARDER WITHOUT BRAINS OR THOUGHT.

  4. Now we know why Lungu is retaining his illegal Ministers after Parliament was dissolved. The purpose is to use these illegal Ministers to campaign for Lungu, PF and for themselves abusing tax payers money and govt assets. These illegal Ministers will also use their Ministries to rig elections for Lungu,PF and themselves. Voters take the money and vote wisely on 11th August 2016. A President and a ruling party which steals govt money cannot bring devt to Zambia. Lungu is wasteful and no wonder he squandered govt money hiring a plane to take his friends, relatives and PF cadres to the USA on joy rides. Jameson and PF must go#

  5. Mwale is breaking the law as he is no longer minister. These are the people to arrest of the elections

  6. Surely govt should not stop functioning just because there is and election. If that money was budgeted for and has been sourced at a piriod we are going to elections why not disburse it? Why always politicising every thing govt does?As @Magoye has alluded to, then govt should as well stop buying drugs or paying salaries because that is vote buying in eyes of oppsition especially Up aNdown. Election or no election govt should continue functioning and pipo know what PF has or has not done so they will make informed decisions.

  7. How can one provide youth with money when they have no training or skills? Just does not make sense! How are they going to pay back that money? Do they have entrepreneurial skills? Do they have accounting skills? Can they write a business plan and actually follow it? Do they know the financial aspect of a business plan, market research and marketing? All these are things they need to know or be taught. Think before dispersing the money.
