Dancing before the Lord, is not totally about technique. It’s about having the right attitude in your heart. It’s also about telling a story. The music, words and dance must be united in harmony.
When, Zambian gospel artist Ephraim, released his song, This Kind Of God. He did not envisaged that a pregnant lady, dancing passionately to his hit track, could bring world attention to him as an artist.
Onward Christian Radio, contacted the expecting mum, a lady named Namuchimba Lily-Konan to talk about the viral video she posted on her Facebook wall.
“The video has caused waves on my Facebook wall with a large audience from Nigeria and most parts of Europe and the USA wondering who sang the song. Well that amazing song was done by an artist from Zambia named Ephraim Sekeleti Mutalange popularly known as Ephraim Zambia.” she said.
At first sight he strikes you as a smart talented lad with a bright future in Zambian gospel Music. Indeed, he is a natural talent and he is blessed with a captivating voice and good looks. Simply put, he is charming. Thanks to the dancing pregnant lady. A great part of the world would have not known this talented gospel artist. But, because of her dance, we now know him.
His name is Ephraim Mutalange, popularly known as the ‘Son of Africa’. From very humble beginnings he began ministering at his local church. Today his music cuts across East Africa and Southern Africa. God has opened doors for him and now his music has even gone wider reaching places that it had not got to before.
Namuchimba Lily-Konan’s, spontaneous dance, surely, tells a happy story. She has not only told the world, of the joy that she has found in God. But, she has told the story of a very talented, young Zambian gospel artist. Indeed a story told via the means of dance.

okay. its very difficult to tell whether she is spiritually filled, jemason filled or a victim of the Green party
ke ke ke ke yaba
But are pregnant people not supposed to dance? Don’t we see this happen every day in bar, markets and other public places? Exactly why does LT think this is newsworthy? How much did the woman pay LT to get a space in their crap news site??? You wasted my time!
Iyo ifumo nalyo lilasabaisha.
@suntwe wa suntwe are you UPND who see everything in the negative!!!? If something does not concern you just look and keep quiet. Moron.
so much energy. Green party for me
A njovu is this all you can say? really?
The only one that know what God has done for her is her.Go Gal!
I love this video. YHWH deserves the praise all the time. She knows what she’s gone through to get where she is.
So encouraging…We ought to praise our lord
indeed is a Miraculous working God.
Brother Peter, the lady she is a victim of GREEN PARTY
EPHRAIM’S SONGS HAVE BLESSED A LOT OF US HERE IN ZAMBIA.IT IS GOOD TO SING IN OUR VERNACULAR LANGUAGES BUT FOR ONE TO HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL AUDIENCE YOU NEED TO SING IN ENGLISH.ALL THE BEST YOU MAKE US PROUD AS ZAMBIANS.GOD BLESS YOU.
The dance is good, marching with the song. This is also news. Why should news always be bad incidents/comments and fights? Let her dance for the Lord. Moreover she was in her home and her dance was clean.
Young lady keep it up.
Oh great gal! Thats a great dance and continue praising the Lord. Indeed ba Yaweh deserves that much praise. Loving the dance….
need this type of news…not always so and so has said this. News with ability to calm down butterflies and frogs in people stomachs
Don’t condemn her you never know maybe it took a lot of years for her to be pregnant, now that this has happened, she has every reason to dance to the Lord through this song. So iwe suntwe keep quiet.
I know her. She had been struggling to get pregnant until she paid someone to hit her G-Spot to conceive.
You can see for yourself that she has taken something stronger than Ibange – may be something like crack or coke.
That wild dance can even cause what is called “Shaken Baby” syndrome and cause bleeding in the brain of the unborn baby. The morals have certainly decayed and nose dived in Zambia’s women, like this one, who drink excessively and use other substances!!
nonsense as usual from a complete dunderhead
WHERE THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS, THERES LIBERTY ! THE WAY AN INNOCENT CHILD EXPRESSES HER EMOTIONS BEFORE HER LOVING FATHER, THIS IS HOW THE LADY EXPRESSES HER JOY AND GRATITUDE BEFORE THE FATHER OF ALL ! MAY THE LORD FAVOUR YOU GIRL !
Mama Lily-Konan, you made me laugh! You have the right to be happy and in this case you made thousands of us happy. God richly bless you.
God Is Good!
Fyaba Yaweh…. Fyakwa Lesa! So we dance …. To God be all the glory…
