Why couldn’t ECL send an official to such a low level briefing meeting? ECL has all the time to relax in Lusaka relying on his rigging strategies to win the elections. The problem with cheating is that u cannot cheat consistently and as a result u will be caught. ECL can try and rig elections but he has failed to rig the Zambian economy.
