Action comedy directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber which follows Calvin (Kevin Hart) who used to be the popular kid at high school but is now a mild-mannered accountant, at his 20-year high school reunion he is reunited with former classmate Bob (Dwayne Johnson), who was once an overweight nerd and a favorite target of bullies, but is now a deadly CIA agent. Bob then calls on Calvin to help him foil a plot to sell classified military secrets.

- Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Kevin Heart had excellent chemistry , they worked really well together .
- The action sequences were smartly done and very entertaining .
- There were some unexplained Plot holes in the movie .
Bob Stone: “You look like a black Will Smith .”
Bob Stone: “I got a plan. Might get us both killed, but if it works it’ll be a totally boss story. Cool?”
Having Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Kevin Heart in one movie ,you know that you are in for a great time . Central Intelligence is an extremely hilarious action comedy .
The story-line is simple and straight forward , not exactly an original concept, but what brings the movie to life is the two leading men, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Kevin Heart.
I have often criticized Kevin Heart for playing the same character in all his movies , but in this one he switched things up a bit . He plays a slightly more serious character as opposed to the usual over the top comedic antics . With that being said , his comedic timing was still on point . Dwayne Johnson also had a tremendous performance as the seemingly unstable/ unpredictable and sometimes sensitive Bob Stone/Robbie Weirdich . His character will keep you guessing his real intentions till the very end , which makes for a super fun movie .
