    • If HH had any moral values he would not have chosen GBM as his running mate. No self respecting Zambian woman should vote for this team!

Make a stand against domestic violence now!

    • Much more than GBV it’s the corrupt tenders the bulldozing of tempiya sha ba noko shabuteko! The sebana wikute. Imagine a press conference by GBM, Kaunda called you
      S t u p i d. i d i o t s he will call you ba f i k a l a.
I question HH wisdom on this one.He is already popular does he need scot sampa mumba and all those scroungers?

    • GBM used to act as president in PF b4 he resigned on principle and was actually no 3 in satas set up we did not hear any protest from you or did we hear you question satas wisdom, truth is you are bitter because you were enjoying to falsely accuse HH of being tribal mwanya GBM has neutralized you.

    • What has this country come to with such utterly incompetent and very lazy leaders…even an issue that requires purely governance solution that rush to this folly of prayers to mask the real underlining problem.
      Just look at them!!

    • The empty seats should communicate something to Lungu and team. The people know who is sponsoring the violence. PF just stop the violence and Lungu inform the Lusaka residence that they are free to wear their party regalia, otherwise stop wasting people’s time and reducing productivity in the nation by calling for PF prayers at the expense of working. Just promoting laziness.

    • VERY POOR PHOTOGRAPHY. NSAMA IS ONE OF THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHERS. HE CAPTURES QUITE A LOT IN ONE PORTRAIT. JUST TOO MUCH SHOWING OF SAME SCENES. NO AERIAL VIEW. LESS OF NATURAL PEOPLE (NOT POLITICIANS ALL THE TIMES) SHOWN.

    • You are right, have you also noticed how empty the place was?, it seems with out free musicians no will follow lungu.

  1. In as much as I can see smiley faces, I’m still against this tradition of National prayers instead of focusing on building our economy. I’m deeply dissapointed with this President. I must say is a worst Zambian President I have seen so far. Zambia has fallen behind because of its people, despite our ability for development. I mean how many of this occasions is he going to organise once voted for in the coming elections?

  2. Our Almighty GOD!!!let place continue in our beautiful MOTHER ZAMBIA.To me distance is not a barrel..GOD BLESS ZAMBIA!!

  3. This is deeply shocking! Edgar and his wife and those players would like to play on our minds and show us that they are true worshipers of God? Anyway Jah alone is the rightful Judge.

This man is giving us opium through religion.

    It is a pitty!

  4. Reminds me of…….. When the Holy Pastor Uses Anointing Oil As A Lubricant to F**K Church Members—-the Case of Prophet “xx”

  5. …..if all the parties claim to be peaceful why have these non resultant political gimmick so called national prayers…..u only need to talk..to cry to God once and he listens… what were those October prayers for

  6. How do you go to the national day of prayer and shout the one zambia one nation slogan. This president needs orientation. A prayer gathering should have Christian slogans. There is no one zambia one nation in the bible. I am not UPND but am raising a concern, you have even seen the mislead now flashing party symbols in church. Mukapya mukalapila

  7. …ba LT…I expected pictures from different parts of Zambia..Mongu..Kasama…Mansa…Lundazi…kitwe etc since those were NATIONAL prayers…

  8. The blood of the innocent Mapenzi and others who were killed by PF police and Edgar Chagwa Lungu on the Kafue round about is on their hands. All the killers will be answerable for the crimes when a new government is formed after 11th August. Victory is certain for HH

  9. Why should someone get angry when people are praying? Its strange. If you don’t like someone or hate someone should it really get to the levels of insulting them when they are praying? No, no, no. I have always said insulting begins whenever someone fails to reason through issues. These politicians we may want to be fighting and insulting people over change camps like no man’s business. PF was insulting RB, Dora, Kaingu few years ago, today they are darling. UPND was insulting GBM, Guy Scot, Bob Sichinga few years ago today they are darling. When are we going to begin behaving well and respect one another even if we don’t agree with our diverse views on various issues. Lets with soberness convince one another on POLICY issues.

  10. Kaiser is the political advisor to ECL.He is the architect of using Christianity as a vehicle to ECLs reelection. He has studied the Zambians soft spots & found the safest route to re election is to use the weak souls in the Church.Hence he coined “GOD FEARING”,sponsor the house of prayer, calling for prayers, using “prophets” to prophesy ECLs victory, label opponents as Satanists etc.He is a very shrewd political scientist. But the Bible rightly says you shall know them by their fruits.

    • I disagree.Kaiser is not a shrewed political scientist. He is actually the main reason Edgar may not come back to State House. He was just a kaponya in Chelstone before he got into State House.Edgar like Sata before him has this strange distinction of surrounding himself with wrong pipo like Kambwili,Chama,Mumbi Phiri,Kampyongo,Fatherless Bwalya. The damage these f00ls have done to his leadership is huge. And now the f00ls think they will retain power by using violence and manipulating the elections. They need to think again. They have a more realistic chance of going to jail than returning into office.

  11. When it is to Acknowledge God, it is good to keep silent. It is a mighty savior people call on. Lest you lose August 11 again and cry.

  12. if our heavenly father God Jehovah is with us not even the shrilled and violent E.C.Lungu can succeed. He has just realized that he caused the death of the young lady (mapenzi)and iam sure he is been haunted by the blood of an innocent soul he killed in cold blood just to stay longer in state house drinking and eating our hard earned tax free foods and drinks, what would have become of him if we did not vote for him and his PFools in 2011?answer :proper destitute imbibing junta and the like in jack compound. may god bless him richly. Uletola nobwapona!!!!.

  13. What a powerful & uplifting day it was. I personally experienced yesterday why God has selected Zambia to be blessed as a Christian Nation. Your Son our Lord and Saviour was uplifted and Your Holy Spirit manifested with power and majesty. We were so united in prayer and worship in truth and in spirit and the Lord truly visited. How I wish it was like this everyday! Up to now I can still feel the Holy Spirit moving! God Bless Zambia!

    • @ chosen one, didn’t you feel the Holy Spirit moving when you first got chosen? Or you just want to impress the dull.

  14. This man is so week. The likes of Kaizer are pulling the shots, He is drunk most of the time and he thinks God will come down to stop his cadres from perpetrating violence, to discipline his ministers who are insulting and descrimating against other tribes at every occasion ,be tough on those who are brandishing guns and shooting at others in public places, beating people at filling stations. What a week president. In these times Zambia needs a tough decisive leader one who strongly hates corruption in its all forms.

  15. A tree is known by its fruit. You can never claim to be a mango tree when you are producing lemons!!! What other means besides ‘prayer’ has this Govt implemented to address this politcal violence? You cannot sponsor and perpetuate crime in one hand while on the hand pretend to be ‘praying’against it. One fact everyone ought to know is ” God can not be mocked, whatsoever a man sows he shall reap”. This is not the first multi-party election to be conducted in Zambia but the bloodiest ever know.

  16. Ati Christian nation, its not taking you anywhere God has given us brains to sort out things ourselves but we have failed as a nation so we should not cheat ourselves with this notion of being a Christian nation.Let us use our brains and accommodate every one as one big family even if we belong to different political parties
Lungu brought violence in this country and he should be the one to stop it

  17. please leave the president alone,he is a good man i worked with him in ZCCM Operations centre at Mutondo House is just like that praying, friendly and jovial

  18. I find this event very deceptive and unproductive…Kaunda should have just stayed at home and listen to home service radio…why use God’s name in vein???? How can prayers work yet non of the politicians trust each other and ballot papers being printed overseas??? If there was rule of law in that former British colony there was no need to have such meaningless events, it just doesn’t make sense!!!

  19. Ba Jeff don’t let your life become useless and meaningless by calling the things of God meaningless. watch your words, better keep quite than cursing yourself over politics.
