  1. Truly this is good for PF and Zambia. This is man is a worker, and he truly loves does. I was praying and waiting for this, I knew Dr CK will come . And his Excellency Our President loves hard working people, and Dr CK is one of them.
May God bless you all even as you work for this great nation-Zambia. In all you do, let God lead you, and don’t forget HIM.

    • If you ask
People in luanshya what this man has amassed and land he owns. You would think twice on claims he is a all this ….

Just because the man insulats people around him and loves the sound of his own voice does not constitute working hard.

      Thanks

    • Why was communication always placed under Ministry of or Transport & Communication if communication only means sending or receiving information thru radios, TVs, P.A.S, telephones or computers using voice & signage?

What I know is transport infrastructure consists of the fixed installations: roads, railways, airways, waterways, canals & pipelines and terminals such as airports, railway stations, bus stations, warehouses, trucking terminals, refueling depots & seaports. Vehicles (wagons, bicycles, motor vehicles (motorcycles, cars, trucks, buses), railed vehicles (trains, trams), watercraft (ships, boats), aircraft and spacecraft) then use these infrastructures.

Did they define communication to encompass cables (electric/telephone/Fiber), canals, rivers, oceans, roads, airways &…

    • ED 2.0 is looking slim lined and fresh faced. Nice to see the belly appear controlled. Now if that new discipline would stretch to the non vision part of his service to the country… How you dealt with media landed you in international hot soup. The hasty reopenings prior to New York are about to be reversed by repeating the same errors. Personal to holder media doesn’t work. As for this guy, he could be sweet and loyal but this only works if you are planning a dictatorial media stranglehold. Mono view media 2.0.

    • I totally agree, Kambwili is a very hard working man.

This is why some opposition parties don’t like him.

You are aware that some opposition parties just want the government to fail. That is what they find joyful.

Remember the referendum, they campaigned heavily against it, just to see it fail so they can celebrate the the governm

    • I totally disagree. Kambwili is a rabble rousing empty tin who doesn’t know when to shut up. On top of that he is an ignoramus tribalist.

  3. I have watched some interviews CK has done on the Sunday Interview with Gravazio, on ZNBC. One thing you can’t deny about Kambwili is his passion for things he says. He is one guy who does not beat about the bush to make his point. And it seems there is no “sacred”subject he feels should not be discussed frankly and honestly in his book—including the touchy subject of TRIBALISM—a topic many politicians tend to “speak in tongues” about with palpable discomfort. But not CK. One reason why, I think, Opposition Parties such as UPND don’t like him.

He is also a SUPERB COUNTER PUNCHER when it comes to defending PF/Govt policies and the President. I am sure Edgar Lunga recognizes this strength in him hence his retention in the same portfolio—it is said, “IF IT AIN’T BROKE, DON’T FIX…

    • Iwe @ NEZ don’t you know that pipo who drink are quick fixers of problems and good listeners! Your HH who claims to be a sober person has a rigid mind even on straight forward things. Don’t think that all the pipo who drink beer are useless and please stop this nonsense of demonising us drinkers, are you not aware that we constitute the majority of voters?Under 5 politics indeed.

  8. It is the same Cabinet of the ancient times. Many countries are moving fast in development, but PF will continue putting traps and planning propaganda and killing UPND members by the time 2021 comes they will have not delivered. We knew brains and new direction.Zambia is a cursed nation of cowards acting like hyenas in a pack.PF is simply a bunch of white color criminals hiding behind a tribe to continue oppressing ignorant zambians.

  10. I sorry to insult all zambian soldiers “you are a let down lazy weak soldiers .you allowed ECL to continue to rule even when he breached the costitution by not handing power to speaker during petition. Now Lungu has started firing some of the Tonga,Kaonde,Lunda,Lozi,Lenje generals in the Zambia army. Stupity weak soldiers you shall now perish with us under the worst Autocratic regime.

    • @Kaziliman. You Tongas should know that no one buys in to your hate speach. You have now started including innocent tribes like Lozis on your hate speaches. Leave the other tribes alone the way you chased them out of UPND when Mazoka died.

    • You must be a newbie. Anyone who knows what Luanshya was will disagree strongly with you. They are reduced to watching iconic clubs, pretty streets and a vibrant community now held hostage under mega sole ownership of someone happy to line streets with his trucks, construct flats at entry. Instead of a welcome arrival at copper needle you get a road block and unrecognisable avenues. Between MMD and PF this once beautiful town is a hovel where you fight to keep ministers from putting goats on golf course.

  13. Congratulations CK. You worked so hard to save us form Tonga tribalists who blame Bembas for all their peril. It is not that ECL is popular, it is that many non-Tongas are still scared of HH. And you understand this better than anyone. But please allow the media to operate freely .You will need them some day. Zambian politics are full of peril.

  14. One of the arguments PF supports used to defend Lazy Lungu’s reelection during the campaign was that he did not have his own people in cabinet and was still stuck with Old man Sata’s people so could not move forward. Looking at the list of ministers today I see no difference or new faces even in appointed ministers where one could handpick the smartest Zambian technocrat in the world but oh no its still the same old brooms as the late Mr. Chama Chakomboka of Movement for Democratic Process always stated. We are not moving forward but truly in reverse. To add insult to injury he has also appointed the very people PF kicked out 5 years ago to key positions.
Please can someone urgently write to the Secretary to the Cabinet and find out which former ministers have paid back our moneys…

    • Supreme Leader HH of the UPND is the one clinging to UPND illegally after losing a record time and has created a dynasty in his party because he’s preparing his son to take over from him once he’s walloped again in 2021…kikikikiki

  16. The CHIEF TRIBAL messenger is back, what a shame to mother Zambia. Zambia today is more divided than ever b’cause of this character and fools are busy praising. It will take good statesmanship to undo what this crown has done to divide Zambia over tribal message. Changwa is failure full stop.

  17. Lazy Lungu’s thinking is flawed as usual…he has merged Communication back to Information instead of letting it operate as a stand alone ministry…in this digital age Lazy Lungu can not see the importance of this industry to even employment creation in the private sector…its shocking..really shocking!!

    0

    0
    • Ask the Supreme Leader HH of the UPND to Fix it….But the President of Zambia Mr Edgar Lungu was competently advised by Government Technocrats who are more qualified than the Supreme Leader HH of the UPND to merge the Ministry so, no need to be apprehensive over this issue…

  18. Guys someone asked what policies has this man reformed in media sector since he went to information.answer then will all congratulate the man. We all saw how public media was biased during election campaigns, let not be dull, public media is for all Zambians regardless your political affiliation, Let us not mistaken noise making and hard working.

  19. You are spot on [email protected] on the private media like a ton of bricks is not hardwork,it is dictatorship.Chiluba used to be called names and so was Mwanawasa and for Rupiah Banda it was even worse but the 3 Presidents never went to that extent of closing down private media. And some Zambians are celebrating this most brutal regime in the history of this country. Wake up from your slumber or else you will never develop.

  22. (NEZ (new educated Zambia) official upnd media) You call ECL to be tribal and you are not.where do you think ECL could have gotten MPs from your tribe or other tribes you feel could have been appointed to ministerial positions when your tribes mate rejected him?
I think with all the respect my dear one, here you have caught him wrongly mwana.
After all he has even tried to balance Dr.Hamukale was nominated and appointed as Southern Province Minister and from the other two provinces he has nominated and appointed them ministers. What more can some one do.

  24. Congratulations to you Mr. Kambwili on your appointment. Please keep calm always and dont respond to provocative statements. Please tell Mrs .Mumbi Phiri to use health communication skills. She should control her emotions and tongue . We cannot deal with the people who possess Lawyer Mushipe’s personality for 5 years. Continue doing your job with passion. And dont worry about people who keep wishing you death. They will probably die your death, as they are not God.. Just make sure that ZNBC gets upgraded with proper cinematography , movies ,educational, child and family friendly programmes and lessen on those horrible documentaries and those C GRADE TELEMUNDO dramas. Dstv airs A and B grade TELEMUNDO dramas. Though am not fan.. TOO MUCH TALKING. WE NEED UP TO DATE AND UNBIASED NEWS.

It’s so hypocritical that proponents of oppression of FREEDOM OF SPEECH & MEDIA still want to read LusakaTimes, go on Facebook etc. Stick to DeadNBC News/repeats, Daily Fail & SomeTimes of Zambia.

I may not agree with everything Post Newspaper & ZWD write, but i’ll defend till death their right to publish.

The only hard work he has done is transform himself from a copper thief to a minister under the illegal President called ECL who was also found guilty by LAZ fitness to practice panel of stealing money from his client

  29. Mr President sir, some of us have been with you in spirit and always praying and wishing you the best since day one- even before the nominations in 2014- choose wisely the people that surround you!

We the unseen footsoldiers know what is on the ground!

We as PF has been given another chance to rule – dear Mr President let’s not waste this opportunity- let’s develop the nation by having people that are not there for themselves but there for all Zambians. Self interests aside- amassing personal wealth aside! If we fail to do this we are doomed in 2021!!!!

  31. Proper Soldier! Every party needs an Hon. Dr Kambwili to fend off the inanities of opposition parties! No one can disagree that Hon. Kambwili ‘Flicks’ back the best! Best in town! Strong spokesman. Those that deride Dr Kambwili, as not having substance, are not earnest! The Art of Gov’t is Policy PLUS Theatre! When things/policies/manifestos don’t pan out you must peddle out …fast! You need a wordsmith to create a smokescreen while Tonto rides out to deliver an SOS! Every gov’t needs a court jester and Doc.K is the finest in the business! That’s how to evaluate Dr. Kambwili. For all the criticism heaped at him, he does know how to float a boat! He is the right appointment for thus post.

    • You make me smile. Every government needs a court jester? Most of PF appear to be the anti-thesis of those you would praise or take seriously in your real life, unless your name has been hijacked… along with many other older names here that lately are pretty patriotic over utter mediocrity that they would not tolerate in reality. What’s up sis?

  32. Mu Zambia mwa chabe ati Dr. Kambwili this is an insult to education. What is happening in my country kanshi….I cannot believe that people have been reduced to absolute nothing where by they are busy praising empty tins like CK. I mean can anyone tell me how these ministers are going to pay back the money they owe and who is in charge of collections to ensure everything is paid in full. If they can disregard the rule of law surely do you think they will pay back the money? Worse still, it’s the same scumbags back to chew more dollars.
