In the Midst of the Storm
We all have opportunities to get upset and live stressed out. The storms of life come to every person. No matter how good a person you are, you’re going to have some “rain” in your life. When these storms come, a lot people use their faith to try to control their circumstances. But I’ve found it’s better to use my faith to control myself in the midst of my circumstances. I know that if I can just remain stable in the storms of life and stay in peace, that’s what allows God to act on my behalf.
God never said that we wouldn’t have difficulties, but He did promise we could have peace in the midst of the storms. When you face adversities, one of the most powerful things you can do is simply stay calm. When you are at peace, you are displaying your faith in God. By your actions, you’re saying, “God, I know You’re still on the throne. I know You’re bigger than this problem.” So keep peace in the midst of your storms today. Trust that He is working behind the scenes. Keep your heart open to Him because soon He will deliver you!
A Prayer for Today
“Father God, thank You for peace in the midst of the storms of life. I choose to hold my peace knowing that You are working behind the scenes. I trust You, I trust Your timing, and I trust that You are working everything together for my good because You love me in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

I wish you knew me & can come & see how the Lord has blessed me in every sphere of my life, whether health, family, marriage, business, etc. Everything I touch blossoms beyond my expectations because I put all my plans to the Lord for His Blessing & approval before going ahead. He has never disappointed me & I will never depart from His ways. All Glory be to God! Amen!
I was once in the christianity mumbojumbo. . . more like an observer than anything else because i was never really into it. When i got tired of the whole circus, i simply walked away because my mind got too big for what i am being asked to believe in. My mind simply refused to reside in the tiny cage that was being put before me. I knew that there has to be much more to God than what this religion was teaching me. I just found the whole christian faith thing to be one big fakery, so i walked away from it all to learn more about myself, my creator, and the world around me on my own. In other words, i became a freethinker, a rebel, a heretic. And i am loving it moment by moment.

The basis of any religion (thus the belief of God’s existence) is that you must believe something someone else tells you is true, even though your mind tells you might be untrue and it makes no sense. it is only a brainwashed mind that will accept this form of knowledge, which is incidentally how we know that god exists
