Miriam Mulenga, 32, on 25th January 2017 attempted to commit suicide after killing her two kids by giving them doom but survived after being admitted and treated at the University Teaching Hospital.
Ms. Mulenga has been taken to Chainama where her mental status will be examined by the medical experts.
Ms. Mulenga is reported to failed to settle debts, and in desperation attempted to take her life and that of her children.
And police spokesperson Esther Mwata Katongo confirmed that the woman in question is currently admitted at Chainama mental hospital after it was suspected that she might have a mental illness.
Ms. Katongo said the police are waiting for the results from the mental institution.

Dats bad anyway but why involving two innocent children, God gave a life as a very precious gift so no one has the right to take one’s life even if you are the one who gave birth to them.
