United Party for National Development (UPND) President Hakainde Hichilema has blamed the ruling Patriotic Front for moral degradation in the country.
Mr. Hichilema says it is appalling to hear President Edgar Lungu saying he’s disturbed by the increase in the moral gradation in the country.
He says if President Lungu meant what he said, he was going to stop PF cadres from abusing women and youth from other political parties.
He has further accused President Lungu of spending much of his time socializing and not identifying solutions to the economic challenges as expected by Zambians.
Mr. Hichilema says the people of Zambia are only interested in seeing the economic challenges they are facing addressed and nothing else.

They say Charity begins at home. Lungu has no morals himself how would you expect that from his ministers, worse of it the cadres. Lungu has make his ministers scared hence having no one to truly tell him the true. I would want him to stand in 2021 so that he can be humiliated.
He told his MPs to stay away from parliament yet him he was busy watching our president on TV. The president’s speech was powerful even his enemies couldn’t resist watching
Lungu is the most retrogressive and corrupt leader zambia has ever had.
Just look at his silence at KZ assult on CAF officials and the police woman in front of a packed stadia of Davis mwila or was it chama calling for PF thugs to takeover public places and steal plots…..

Moral decay is best described as allowing your MPs to sit in Parliament and ask questions to Her Honour teh Veep and geting allowances in the end then boycot the President’s speech saying he is ‘not recognized’ ! A successful Society has good Role models. Lungu is a Criminal who ascended to the PF Presidency thru violence, thuggery and lawlessness. Lungu has imported these vices into govt.This lack of respect for Rule of Law, Human Rights,Good Governance etc have led to moral decay in the Zambian Society. The problem is failed Leadership and the Breakdown of Law all traced to Lungu himself and the Criminals around him. Lungu should take full responsibility for the current violence,killings and murders. The fish rots from the Head downwards. Lungu has compromised the Judiciary and now is trying to do the same to Parliament. Ngwazi Lungu should be stopped. The Petition must be heard without fail.
