Indeni climbed to the top of the FAZ Division 1 Zone 2 table after edging Gomes Wanderers 1-0 in the Ndola derby on Sunday.

Striker Djunese Kanda scored the match’s only goal as Indeni toppled Kitwe United from the top spot.

Coach Allan Kamwanga’s Oil Men now sit on 34 points after 18 matches played.

Kitwe dropped from top to third spot after a frustrating 1-1 home draw against Ndola United at Garden Park Stadium.

The Buchi Boys have 33 points after playing 18 matches.

Kansanshi Dynamos are second on the table with 34 points after beating visiting Geokas Curve 1-0 in Solwezi.

Kansanshi have one un-played match against ZNS Lwamfumu.

Elsewhere, promoted FQM Roads stunned Copperbelt Buffaloes 2-1 to move into fourth place.

FQM have 27 points from 18 matches played.
