Actually the opposition managed to present there case within the mandated period.Tell our HH plus his lawyers to learn from Odinga. Believe me, this is a technicality on the part of the electoral authority. It doesn’t guarantee Odinga’s victory. I very much doubt Kenyatta’s suporters will do a 360. Faults will be found, but not enough to turn the result on its head.
The opposition in Kenya focused on the issue at hand rather than playing politics and articulated their arguments in the correct way, unlike their Zambian counterparts who try to force change undemocratically.

Yes well Odinga,you went to court with facts ,no preliminaries involved ,no demands of which judge should sit or not sit on the bench of judges, no quarrels with the Electoral commission, just went to court with facts, within the stipulated time frame they get the verdict, Ba upnd learn from this, or next time consult lawyers for Mr Odinga rather than arguing with out facts until one gets incusalated
HH is running out of ideas and I really feel for him. Loosing 5 five times is not a joke. Its painful and the only way to avoid further embarrassment is to quit politics and give chance to others to try their luck as well. I really like the answer President Zuma gave to the DA captain, it was like a politcal lecture! HH, in short, the world is diplomatically telling you that you are too immature and dont understand how politics are done. Actually the opposition managed to present there case within the mandated period.Tell our HH plus his lawyers to learn from Odinga. This is an excerpt from an international newspaper, The Telegraph. What is the difference with our case in Zambia?? hh’s team focused on preliminaries rather than PINPOINTING where the rigging took place as Odinga’s team have done. Believe me, this is a technicality on the part of the electoral authority. It doesn’t guarantee Odinga’s victory. I very much doubt Kenyatta’s suporters will do a 360. Faults will be found, but not enough to turn the result on its head.
The opposition in Kenya focused on the issue at hand rather than playing politics and articulated their arguments in the correct way, unlike their Zambian counterparts who try to force change undemocratically.

This is very disappointing. I never expected HH to sink so low and behave in the manner he did in SA. No wonder he loses the elections and will continue doing so. He is not smart. Very useless man.
The guy is not a leader. He accepted conditions for his release but only to renegade on them. A true leader would have opted to stay in prison until his conditions were met. But alas HH was missing his jacuzzi he agreed to everything so that he could get out . I’m sure Mrs Scotland is very disappointed.
Yes well Odinga,you went to court with facts ,no preliminaries involved ,no demands of which judge should sit or not sit on the bench of judges, no quarrels with the Electoral commission, just went to court with facts, within the stipulated time frame they get the verdict, Ba upnd learn from this, or next time consult lawyers for Mr Odinga rather than arguing with out facts until one gets incusalated
HH is running out of ideas and I really feel for him. Loosing 5 five times is not a joke. Its painful and the only way to avoid further embarrassment is to quit politics and give chance to others to try their luck as well. He is afraid of loosing to one person three times because that will go in the book of world record. If UPND can come up with a credible candidate for presidency, 2021 is theirs cause PF have their own issues which is weakening them. But Africans don’t like retirement. They cling to power whether in opposition or in ruling parties.
