Is Land Scarcity in Zambia the figment of speculators in the land market?

Videos and Audios Is Land Scarcity in Zambia the figment of speculators in the land...

  1. There is no scarcity of land in Zambia, the problem we have is the delineation of land involving state land and traditional land. The truth is that traditional land is larger than state land. The wrong comes in when government separate itself from traditional land instead of sitting down with chiefs to find ways of how they can work together to develop traditional land. For Example north of Lusaka from independence stadium to chibombo that is traditional land. And who is involved in giving guidliness towards the development of that huge area of land since the settlers are putting it on sale and relocating to mainland Lusaka.
