  5. Dr. Simon Miti. Surely is he that one who was at the Ministry of Health or its someone else? Also the author of that letter to President Rupiah Banda?

  6. Very good appointments of seasoned diplomats. They know the way around a political table. Very good idea to send a military man to Egypt, Maj. Gen. Topply Lubaya, might need to fight his way out of the country …….Flying bullets and everything!
