Some one tell this drunken man that he is a president and not a Building Superintendent. He has entire Ministries who should be doing the work he has usurped. If the structures below him in government worked effectively he would not be spending so much time on the road or the air to “supervise” the works. He is not leading like a president.
They hold their positions for him and at his pleasure.ECL is doing what he should be doing.Full marks to him.

Reason why chief’s palaces should be modernised so that when president visits he will find decent chairs to sit on , better we respect these traditional rulers by up lifting their living standards in fact the government should provide for them, taxes of their subjects go to the government.
